They were very quick to return my call and very efficient installing my new HVAC unit, they covered my carpet when they had to go inside to do duct replacement. Good fellas was 40% less expensive than the first company that gave me an estimate-the one that advertise on the radio
My wife and I were very happy with the work Tony and his crew did in the installation of our new air condition and heating system. They always arrived at the time Tony said they would be there, were very neat, cleaned up each day they were there and finished the job on the day Tony said the it would be done. I recommend anyone looking for a new unit to give GoodFellas a call.
Short Version: I'm so impressed with the service we received from GoodFellas. Would highly recommend! Long Version: Both my furnace and AC had gone out and needed replacement. I had called my home insurance bc the first contractor they sent sucked. So they send Good Fellas to provide a second opinion and it turned out both my units were shot. Tony the owner was honest and straightforward. He provided a reasonable estimate for out of pocket costs not covered and kept in communication with me while we waited for the parts to be delivered. On the day of installation everything was done with professionalism and care! Tony and his team started working right away and hauled our old stuff out. I could go on and on about how well this job went it was that good! On top of that he installed our Nest thermostat for us too. Im so impressed with the quality of work, attention to detail, and pride that Tony and his team have demonstrated. I'm super thrilled that we now have an energy efficient HVAC and furnace for our home. Pass on the stress when working with cheap, shoddy, and unreliable contractors. Call Goodfellas instead. You will be happy that you did.
Tony from Goodfellas did a incredible job troubleshooting and fixing my AC. I got Goodfellas through my home warranty company...when they showed up i wasn't use to seeing an actual company truck and they even had uniforms and everything, usually the home warranty company sends me these guys in jeans and a t-shirt that don't speak english...pretty much glorified handymen..no disrespect to handymen. But Goodfellas (Tony) and his guys are pure professionals👌. I would give them 6 stars if i could. I highly recommend Goodfellas they will not let you down. They called me 3 times in 24 hours to keep me updated on their progress to my house to fix my AC. I highly recommend them. Hope this helps you make your decision. Have a Blessed Day
Tony and his crew were GREAT!! Not only were they committed to completing the job in the timeline promised the kept us informed of the progress of the job. They were all very professional and courteous . We love our system including our Nest control!! THANK YOU GUYS!
