If you know me, you know I rarely post on social media, let alone, for a vendor recommendation. Our AC guy Jerry at Good Ol' Boy Heating And Air LLC, is probably the most honest & responsive person I have even met. He has been our tech for 10 years from Jupiter to Wellington and has always been great. Last night, we lost our upstairs AC Unit and it was 81 degrees (Kids had to sleep downstairs). I texted him on a holiday weekend and he said I will be there between 9 & 10 am (He was on vacation). At 9:15 am on Memorial Day, he showed up and fixed the AC in less than 10 minutes (Capacitor- showed me the current on the ohm meter- very familiar) and has never tried to oversell anything that was unnecessary. The world needs more people like this. Amazing human being.
Jerry is fantastic. Extremely fair, knowledgeable and responsive. I have used him for 10 years and wouldn’t think of using anyone else.

Real good friendly guys who care about the job they do. They came the next day after I called them.. They installed a new Rheem system at a fair price and did it in less than a week from when I got the estimate. Highly recommend them. Jerry is the best.
I need a new unit, but Jerry gave me options and explained the differences to me and is keeping my current unit running until the new one comes in. Always responsive, always courteous and would always recommend
I called this company on Monday August 9 I was told I would get a quote and someone to look at job Tuesday August 10 at 2pm. At 5 pm Tuesday no show no call. I texted them and asked when they could show up. End of day Tuesday I was told they were on service calls. I then asked for an ETA giving them a 2nd chance. His response was I’m too busy to install a unit for you at this time. I stated my disappointment to him since on my initial call he could have told me that and not wasted half my day sitting in 88 degree home. I’m from Fl and that’s not the definition of a ‘Good Ole Boy’...... Good ole boys keep to their word. Totally a disappointment. Attached is a screenshot of his response when I told him I was disappointed at the no show no call then tell me he would not do job. I expressed my knowledge of HVAC and I think they look to prey on those without knowledge
I was in need of an A/C company on a Friday night with a new born at home. Struggling to get someone out on an after hours call.This company was there for me when I needed them. They are # 1 in customer service and very professional. Thank you for your service I will be using you from here on out.
i called jerry with an ac issue that another contractor caused , jerry jumped right in and helped fix the situation , he is the guy to call for your ac , i wish i would have new about him earlier, , great service, and great company
Kinda like what disney nerd said below beware this company has horrible customer service once they have your money forget ever hearing from them again we spend big money and they will never come back or be honest with the unit you buy no warranties or permits could be shady business here I'm not sure but people be careful look around can't believe all reviews don't know if real but what can you do good luck.

Great company with same day quality service. Jerry is extremely professional and did a great job repairing my AC unit. I highly recommend Good Ol Boy Heating and AC.
I called about an issue and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely friendly and offered me free advice on what my issue was. I was able to figure out the issue base on our conversation, no charge. They will be at the top of my list when I have future HVAC needs. Call these guys today if you need service!

I called this AC company based on the Google recommendation. Big Mistake. I described my problem with my AC to Jerry--who said he could come by and fix it today. He came to my house, looked at the AC, & said it will cost me $300 to $400 to fix. He stayed for 5 minutes, said he'd be back on Monday to fix. Couldn't do it today. I paid him $90 for 5 minute visit. Monday came and Jerry never showed up. I called his office, a woman informed me he was out of town until Tuesday. Don't use this company. I threw away $90 for 5 minutes and he didn't do a damn thing. I don't know who these reviews are from--maybe his relatives, I don't know. I would never use them again. Beware.
My ac was down and they came by the same day and were able to look at. Luckily it was a minor problem and I got it fixed at a reasonable price. Will definitely use them again in the future
Jerry & his co-worker are the best. They have helped me out on 2 separate occasions, not to mention a last minute emergency. They will help you out day or night. No matter how busy or where they may be, they will get to you soon as they can. Can't thank them enough. Highly recommend. Thanks again guys. Much appreciated. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
These guys were friendly, affordable, good ole boys who did a great job replacing our AC unit.
After getting an estimate from another company and not liking the "hard sell" feeling we got from them, we contacted Jerry at "Good Ol' Boy Heating and Air Conditioning" to have him come out and take a look at our rental unit and give us an estimate. Jerry diagnosed the problem and repaired it right away. He saved us many thousands of dollars we might have spent with another company. We live in Colorado and have never met Jerry but I think it would be foolish to call anyone else when someone as honest and knowledgeable as Jerry is out there.
