My toilet started leaking, so I called AHS. They contracted with GNP. The guy they sent replaced the seal. The next day I had the same problem (this time I noticed the leak was from the back. I put in a request for him to come back through AHS. Never heard from them and now when I tried to call, I was sent to voice mail, but the VM was full.
Do not do business with them! They came out to look at a leak. Thought they fixed it but that evening it backed up again and started overflowing into garage. Left them a SOS message same day and never heard back. Tired several times to contact them and voicemail was full. Text messages never answered.
We were provided a contractor from good neighbor plumbing by AHS for a leak in the kitchen. The contractor dint do a good job in the first visit so we had to recall the service. I had a painful experience in contacting them because they do not pick up the phone. The only way was to get in touch with AHS. For the follow up service, they changed the appointment day without informing me and on the day of the service they kept changing the appointment time. It took about 10 days for a small leak to get fixed. I would not recommend their service.
My home warranty has assigned Good Neighbor as the contractor for plumbing service I requested. I have been trying to reach them for over a dozen times to schedule an appointment. They don't respond or return your calls.

Dennis and Lonnie were fantastic. We needed a new toilet. I called Good Neighbor and they were able to come by within just a few hours, assessed the issue, and returned the very next morning to get the new toilet installed. Coincidentally, our kitchen faucet broke while they were on their way over for the install. He immediately agreed to put in a new faucet for us once the toilet was done. The faucet is high quality and our sprayer now has much better water pressure. They installed the new toilet and faucet in just over an hour total, which was so fast and convenient. Both of them wore masks the entire time, which is more than I can say for any other plumber I've heard about during covid times. They worked clean and didn't leave us a mess to deal with. Finally, they were pleasant to be around - friendly and conversational. Also love that it's a family owned and operated business. The next time I need a plumber, there's no one else I'd even consider calling.

I have used good neighbor plumbing several times already and very satisfied with their service. Highly recommend them. June is very helpful and explains things very carefully/clearly.
Called them when a Cook East bay plumbing cancelled our contract @ 11:20 pm. They agreed to take the slot left open by that other @$$);(?• plumber, I.e (5 pm the following day ) . They showed up on time and did their work professionally ! There was a small leak noticed by my tenant after they left and with just one text, they showed immediately!! Their pricing was also very reasonable.
Our experience with Wes from Good Neighbor Plumbing last December 2018 was above excellent! His customer service was tops as far as I concerned. He installed a kitchen faucet in minutes. The family owned business is full of compassion and helpfulness! We were very satisfied with the whole experience!
They quoted me the best price of anyone. They were fast but thorough and pleasant to work with. Would recommend! I had corrosión on some pipes and some leaks that needed repair.
We chose them to replace our water heater. We got a fair quote and the work was done quickly and efficiently and they hauled away our old water heater.

I called them to fix a pipe leakage coming from my kitchen sink. They told me the times available and came promptly. When they arrived, they immediately had an idea of what was going on and carefully examined the situation. Not only did they know exactly what they were doing, but they were quick to respond and repair. As for the price, it wasn't bad at all! It was lower than expected and definitely reasonable. Customer service was amazing and I would definitely hire these guys again!
Edit1: After discussion with Jun about all the issues, he promptly came back and corrected all the problems. One of the worst customer experience i got from this contractor company. In simple statement, these guys are money leeches, who always want to make money from you without doing any hard work. Never ever pay money upfront, they will never ever ever respond your call after that. Please verify the work multiple times before pay. In detail, I hired them after contacting homeadvisor for Gas connection to my kitchen and plumbing work to install water supply to the newly installed second sink in the kitchen. Initially they acted really good and responsive, started work on the next day. But the work quality was too pathetic, Gas connection work is little bit satisfactory. But coming to the plumbing work, ohh god i cant explain in words how poor they are. I was not present at home when they were doing the work, they installed all the pipes outside the kitchen walls instead of taking it from the crawl space. So i cant put new kitchen cabinets, again i called them (name is Jun), they said that will take additional charge :-( i accepted, but again next day i visited home after work now another surprise, instead of taking the pipes inside wall to crawl space they bent it outside the kitchen and took to the crawl space, again i called them, he said he will come at night 8:00PM, with the new born baby we stayed in that new home for 2.5 hours with out attending our call. I paid all the money trusting those guys, big mistake in life, sleepless nights he gave to us. Now our kitchen installation is at stall with out this plumbing work. I paid 1600$ just to put pipe for 25inches. :-(
