Matt Parsons is by far the best service person who has ever been in my home. Always conscious of service I need and never pushy. Quick and efficient, shows up on time and always looks nice. These guys are the ones you want for heating and AC!
I wish I could give them 10 stars! We called them, after someone else told us we needed a new air conditioner, to get a quote. Michael came out the next day, squeezing us in to his busy. schedule and said he thought he could repair it rather than replace it. He came out the next day and fixed it and the cost was extremely reasonable! We will never use anyone else but Good Guys from now on. Extremely honest, very professional, very knowledgeable about HVAC, trustworthy and very friendly. I would definitely recommend 100%!
I used Randy Turner for my hvac maintenance. He arrived as scheduled and completed the service in a timely fashion. Prices were fair and I will continue to use Randy for future maintenance and repairs

His wealth of knowledge and honest approach was refreshing, and I will continue to use him for my HVAC needs because I know I can count on him to show up, do quality work, and insure the job is done right!

I’ve used Joey Gullion from Good Guys for several years and will never call anyone else! He’s without a doubt very knowledgeable, responsive, hard working, but what really makes him shine is he’s honest and trustworthy and will NOT sell you something you don’t need. Many times I called Joey expecting this is it... I’m going to have to replace it this time and Joey was able to repair my furnace at minimal cost and keep me going. I finally called him to replace my furnace/AC this year and he helped me pick a unit that works great for my home and didn’t try to put in more than I needed... oh, and at a GREAT price and it’s running beautifully! No, I don’t get paid for reviews, in fact, I seldom leave them. Joey at Good Guys is a rare find. Good Guys and Joey are a perfect fit... honest guy, honest company. What more can you ask for?!
Per the inspector, I needed a lot of work done before I could sell my house. Matt came out, I handed him the list that needed to be done and he assured me he could get me taken care of same day. He was very professional and did quality work. He was honest with me about pricing and didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need. I highly recommend him!
Matt did an awesome job! He was on time and explained everything he did while worked quickly and efficiently. He went out of his way to provide a detailed report for us to provide to potential buyers as we were servicing our systems prior to listing our home on the market.

Cant say enough good things about Michael at the Greenfield location for Good Guys. A++ service. My wife and I just had a newborn and he came to our house clear across Indianapolis into Brownsburg. He called me over the phone a couple days later to troubleshoot when it got cold again. When it came to the installation, they were one time, knowledgeable and even built custom duct work so that we could easily change our filters in the future. He offered a lot of great tips and tricks about energy consumption as well. I' recommend these guys to anybody. Definitely going to call them for AC repair in the future!!! Thanks again Michael and Good Guys!
I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with than Good Guys Heating & Air Conditioning when my furnace recently went out. What I hoped would be an easy fix actually required a new unit to be installed. I worked with Mike, and he was very polite and professional. They were able to give me a reasonable price on the furnace and install and worked very quickly. I would definitely recommend their service.
