Wow! Such a great experience with Golden State Comfort! From booking to the receiving the invoice; owner, Brian and his employee Jared were fantastic. I felt incredibly comfortable with them in our home. We heard them working hard all day long, but at the same time I could also hear cheerful whistling and laughter between the two men. Brian and Jared also fixed up a dryer vent issue and a few other things they discovered while replacing our 20+ year old system. Golden State Comfort is just that and I will only be referring their name to anybody I know that needs AC/Heater work! Our system purrs now and works like a champ! Thank you so much Michelle, Brian and Jared for your hard work and commitment to great customer service! 5 star review from The Solorio Family!!!!!
Brian, the owner, came out to look at a PTAC that wasn't cooling. We'd had a tech come out from another company who misdiagnosed the issue and luckily, because of a falling out with Amana, didn't follow through with the repair. I thought it was a simple come in where the last tech left off and go from there but Brian clearly has a lot of experience under his belt and wasn't convinced the compressor was the culprit. He finally found the leak in one of the lines, patched it up, filled the unit and got it back up and running. Brian is very personable and honest. Next time we have a PTAC warranty situation I will definitely ask for Golden State Comfort to be the one doing the servicing.

I was connected to Golden State Comfort through my home warranty. I put in the service call last night and my issue is fixed today. The two men that came out were very nice and we have heat! Originally I was scheduled for Monday but told they would head over sooner if possible and they did. We are so very grateful.
AC stopped working, hot, smoky due to fires. Golden State Comfort sent Arlen out, within an hour he had my AC up and running again. Pleasant, thorough and professional. I'll be referring them when needed!!!

Amazing customer service, excellent communication skills and extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise! We highly recommend you give them a call. They saved us a lot of time and got our ac working the same day!
Brian at Golden State Comfort is amazing. Came and fixed our A/c at our shop when every other company in Redding was 2 weeks out. Price was right too.
Brian is professional and very knowledgeable. Golden State Comfort was assigned to us by American Home Shield (which by the way is hit and miss with their service). For the past 3 years we've been having issues with our heater and they have sent us 3 different providers who didn't have very knowledgeable servicemen. They acted like they knew what they were talking about and kept blaming the problem on various different factors. Each one saying something different. None ever fixed the problem, only temporarily did. Brian of Golden State Comfort really was the only one who just knew what he was doing and fixed the problem!!! We appreciate excellent service. My husband, (who is a physician) was especially impressed and wanted to make sure we leave a positively glowing review because he told AHS, he absolutely did not want them to send back the same providers from the past and wanted someone who really knows his craft!
