We received bids from three different companies and Gold Mountain was the fastest to get the bid to us. Their price was in the middle of the three companies. Once we said we wanted to use them, they scheduled a date for the install and kept that date, They showed up in a timely manner on the day of install and completed the job in one day. The installers worked hard and when they were done cleaned up and explained the new system to us. I would recommend them to anyone.

GM Air identified a carbon monoxide lead from my furnace heat exchanger. They contacted the manufacturer and got the part at no cost since it was under warranty. They took care of this before it became a serious health or life issue! I also got them to install a 3-Ton A/C Unit for my house. They coordinated with my house siding contractor that happened to be doing some work, to install couple of blockings for the disconnect switch and service power outlet mountings. This made the installation look professional. GM Air also allowed me to ask their electrician to do additional work while they were there and get billed directly from the electrician not by GM Air. The A/C installation took less than a day and the work was great. Very professional, honest, on-time, good price and great service. Tim responded to my texts and emails right away, and was extremely helpful. Highly recommend Gold Mountain Air!
We had an emergency that involved flooding going into our vents in a bathroom. Tim was there in under an hour to help resolve the emergency. We've used Gold Mountain a few times now and service is always prompt, honest and affordable. Thanks Tim! Highly reccomend 🌻

My furnace stopped working recently, Mason arrived the next day with his Dad Tim and after evaluation the furnace needed replaced due to the age of the unit. They had me scheduled as fast as they could to get a new install and when the guys arrived, they were kind, efficient and clean. The install came out great and now I am getting a duct cleaning. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service or replacement of their equipment. This is a business clearly built on a solid foundation of integrity and knowledge. I called Gold Mountain to go to my rental house to clean out the dryer vents. They were very responsive, got over to the house the next day, and communicative about what was needed. Very happy with their service!
Professional, clean, and friendly technicians who worked hard cleaning our ducts and vents after almost 50 years of no maintenance. Scheduling was done promptly on contract and when date change was requested they were happy to accommodate our needs. We will use them for any hvac needs in the future.
Judging from the 42 5star reviews i think that says it all, but Ill chime in! Tim (Owner) & Mason (his son) manage a team of people Id love to welcome into my home again and again! We got a heat pump installed to replace our oil furnace + add cooling so it was an all day project. We could hear Mason and his partner talking throughout the day (since they were under our tiny house in our crawl space) and it was always wholesome and lighthearted even in the summer heatwave. Definitely the type of people i want around my family! The work was very detailed and efficient. Our air is cool and heat is hot! They even offered free duct cleaning. We opted to add the air purifier since we have pets & kids and it does feel better in here! Tim & his team are truly partners in this community and i cant recommend them enough! Evidently, my HVAC system experienced a power surge that took out the thermostat and blower motor for the air handler. The first technician (not Gold Mountai Air) only identified motor failure because the motor was not working - no real diagnostics. When replacing the motor didn’t solve the problem, Gold Mountain Air (Tim) showed up at 3 pm on same day that I called and performed real diagnostics and identified the thermostat was damaged. But still there was anothr problem that was rather elusive. Mason showed up and helped Tim diagnose the remaining problem. After a lot of diagnostics and brain storming with Tim, Mason identified that a thermostat wire had been placed on the wrong connector to the blower motor control board (by the first technician who diagnosed the motor problem). Very impressive - problem solved. Tim and Mason did not leave until they finished the job at 7 pm Friday night. They saw to it that my wife and I had heat for the weekend! Got an HVAC problem? I have used this company’s service twice: once to clean my dryer vents and once to install my AC. The owners son is one of the kindest and detail oriented people I’ve met. They did great work on getting my dryer vent to tip top shape. However: The owner of this company was particularly rude to me when I asked him to park in my driveway on the last day of my $10k AC install (as he had in previous jobs) after He was parked in a fire lane on the sewer. He screamed out his truck window at me, sped off, and left his worker and I flabbergasted in my driveway. His worker apologized to me profusely throughout the day while he awkwardly finished the work. The owner then came and checked his work and gave me and my partner both attitudes when we paid him. I cried throughout the day I was so upset and uncomfortable with the interaction. It was easily one of my worst experiences working with a tradesperson. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I use Gold Mountain some years ago to clean my duct. As they began to offer additional services, i switched some of my other services over to them as well. Air scrubber, maintinence ect. Local folks, family business, top quality service, highly trained. Glad to have found them!
