A repair on an old machine that ultimately didn't work but Sam the technician tried hard to fix it and gave us options to work with going forward. Efficient and rapid communication with the dispatching office. Very reasonable rates.

I can't say enough good things about my tech, George K, who probably spent a total of 12 hours over trying valiantly to fix my SpeedQueen stacked washer. In the end, it turned out to be a very expensive part that wouldn't be worth replacing. But George did not give up until he had tried every possible solution, plus he was always incredibly nice, always on time, honest and transparent, and my kitchen floor never had a scratch. Because in the end he couldn't fix it, I was never charged more than the initial $90 service call. This was customer service that went above and beyond and I will be calling George to install my new machine when I get it.

This is my 2nd time using the service. This time, the technician was obviously less experienced than the previous tech and it concerned me. Also, he took apart my stove at 9:30 AM and promised to return with the parts that same day. Returned at 8:30 PM and completed almost 10 PM. Since I was concerned they sent a more experienced tech the following week to check his work and check for any gas leaks. That took 20 minutes! I would use them again for sure! They are interested in customer service!

Easy to book, very responsive and helpful over the phone, and great service. They fixed multiple appliance issues for us and would call on them again in a heartbeat.
The repair person was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and kind. He explained what needed to be done to repair my refrigerator. He had the parts in his van, and we agreed on a price, which was expensive for me. But it would have been at least double the price to buy a new refrigerator. Friendly and very helpful. Clearly communicated, arrive right on time, found that the issue was a small cheap part replacement and advised that I could probably just order it and replace myself rather than pay for a technician. Highly recommend for honesty and professionalism.
