Ty and his team were quick to respond and efficient. I appreciate that he didn’t try to find creative ways to up-charge us, but simply fixed the issue. He was honest, up-front, and quick to get our air working. We will 100% use Go West in the future for all our AC/heating needs.

My AC unit went off and they responded on time when called on site. Performed diagnostic checks and shared with me the problem and solution. They finally changed the mortor to outside fan unit and worked perfectly. Prices are reasonable and never felt like I was ripped off. Ty is the owner operator a very responsive Gentleman

After calling quite a few places to check our AC not cooling and them promising to come out that day, I found Go West.. on a stab in the dark late afternoon on a Saturday in dead of summer Texas, they showed up in under 30 minutes. Diagnosed and repaired in under 30 more minutes. I appreciate your understanding and promptness and my senior dogs super appreciate you. Highly recommend!
Go West AC & Heating installed our HVAC system two years ago in which they provided quality and professional service that suited our needs. The owner and his team are knowledgeable, honest, and have the customer's needs in mind. After our experience, three of our friends had them install new HVAC systems in their homes and had the same experience. On Father's Day this year, our A/C stopped cooling so we called the company and the owner personally came to our house two hours after our call and had our system back up and running quickly. He sacrificed time away from his family on Father's Day and helped us. A great company that has integrity and puts the needs of the customers first. Don't pass on this company - they are a must for all your HVAC needs!
Ty and his team are great! I have used them for 8+ years and they have always been responsive and done a great job. We have had new A/C units and new hot water heater from them and no issues. Highly recommend them.

The service technician was fast friendly and most of all responsive! I called 6 others and he was the only one who came when he said. He was able to diagnose my unit and tell me exactly what I needed. If you want someone reliable and honest he is your guy.
Very quick and responsive service from the time that I called. I called in on a Sunday and my AC was fixed within 2 hours! I would definitely recommend Go West to any friends and family with HVAC issues.
We had a sudden AC issue, and they were so quick to work us into the schedule and Ty was very helpful, answering questions beyond the problem (regarding system maintenance). Having them out ended up costing less than the fee for our home warranty company, and for much better quality.
