I have used this company for over 20 years for all of my heating and cooling needs. A few weeks ago our air conditioning unit stopped working. Scott came to our house on a Saturday, diagnosed the problem, and saved us $200 after arguing with the vendor over the steep price for a new motor. By Tuesday, the new motor was installed, and our air conditioning works fine. The honesty, prices, and family inspired business values are needed and welcomed in today's world of corporate greed. We will always use this company and have no problem suggesting this business to our friends and neighbors. Following up.... Thanks to the workers who come and service our furnace and air conditioner and honor our warranty without question!!! In a time where businesses are struggling, it is so nice to have confidence in good, honest service!!! You guys are the best!!!

Scott (the owner) came out within an hour for a non-emergency job. Was very knowledgeable and personable. Was even able to rework an unforeseen problem, which would not have been noticed by myself until ac weather came.
These guys are amazing! We didn't know who to call for servicing our furnace this year and spent many a sleepless night thinking about this....Enter Gnoth and Naragon....incredible! They came out as scheduled and fixed our furnace in under an hour. These guys are amazing! I won't call anyone else....ever!
If you're looking for your "I've got a guy" HVAC team, these guys are it! Gnoth & Naragon of Mishawaka have been nothing short of extremely professional, prompt, and courteous in all of my dealings with them. We have an older furnace that they have repaired at least once a year in the last three years- its always a new issue (G&N work holds up), and even though I know I need a new furnace, they never attempt to upcharge us or take advantage of our situation. Several times they saved us money by doing gratis work or with parts on small issues! They will have my full business for when we do buy our new furnace and AC unit next year. No communication at all. My furnace quit working and I have been trying to get ahold of them for the last 3 days. I have left 3 messages and nobody has called me back.
This company is un-professional. There is no communication and they left me with many issues.
My mom has had a terrible experience with this company "If you are looking for a heating/cooling company DO NOT use Gnoth & Naragon!!! I had the worst experience beginning December 27th getting a "warrantied" part replaced on my furnace. From lost invoices, not returning calls, extensive delay and misleading/hidden charges. My furnace was installed by the original owners of this company over 10 years ago and it was just explained to me TODAY that the current owner doesn't have to honor warranties prior to 2015 when he purchased the company. If you do choose to use this company PLEASE have your cost provided in a very detailed written estimate, confirm your warranty and any hidden charges (i.e. paperwork processing) and document any phone calls, emails and text messages. KEEP all of it!"
They did a no-show today 5/31/17. The appointment was at 3 PM. I called around 330 and ask what was going on. They said they were running behind. It is now 6 PM and I cannot get a hold of them. I had my tenant waiting hours. This is a very unreliable company from my experience.
