Great company, very reliable and courteous. So far, I worked with Jorge and he was really nice. I totally recommend this company. They were professional when they came to my house to do the cleanup of AC and the connection of the Heater. They also place a new thermostat controller and explained how it work.
On 06/24/21 I met with a technician about my air condition needs. He told me that he would send me a quote via email. I never got the quote nor did I ever hear from them again.

Unreliable and did not keep their appointment.
I never write reviews. Especially bad ones. But I have a 3 year old and this company came to our house for an estimate, and was suppose to fix one unit. They proceeded to work on the other unit after I repeatedly told the technician that the unit was working order. He continued anyway. My wife was witness to all this. He barely even looked at the other unti that was broken and left. Now our house is 83° even though the thermostat is set to 76°. I called the receptionist very upset and she hung up on me and would not answer the phone again. This is one of the worst companies in El Paso. And I say this as a business owner.

From the person answering the phone to the technician, overall respectful and ready to help. The technician knew exactly what was wrong, went to his truck, and got the replacement part. He exchanged it and gave me a tutorial and recommendations about my system. Not to mention that all this was done in 103 degree weather!!! Great job!!!
