We received two different estimates and decided on Glorieta Creek Mechanical not only for their quote but their knowledge and through explanation of how the splits would work. Originally, we were going to have more than one installed but after careful consideration and advice, the decision was made to just have one for a fairly large area. Joseph and his partner were professional, did a great clean up after completion and answered any questions we had. When we called the office, our calls were returned and questions answered. I would highly recommend Glorieta Creek Mechanical.

Glorieta Mechanical is a dream company. They are punctual, responsive and clear, and the installation of our AC Unit went smoothly and without any issues. Bonny and Denise in the office are great to work with, and Joe and Mark completed the installation professionally and cheerfully in a very short time, without being intrusive or making a mess. Hooray for them!
They installed two splits in my home in June 2022. They did the work we agreed they would do, on time, professionally, and efficiently. The crew was polite, efficient and friendly. The units work exactly as they were promised to work. I've recommended Glorieta Creek Mechanical to a number of friends and I would use them again.
Joe and his team recently installed a ductless heating/cooling system in my home. They were always on time, professional, helpful, friendly and explained everything about my new mini splits. The job looks and works great. Bonnie in the office was also very helpful about returning calls and answering questions prior to the installment I would definitely recommend them.
In addition to being professional, Joe and Mark were courteous and respectful. I have had neighbors come by to see the mini-splits and they are impressed with the workmanship. I will absolutely use the services of Glorietta Creek in the future.
This is the best heating and cooling company I've ever used. Joe Vigil really knows his stuff and can figure out even the oddest problem. And he's such a nice man, too.
I had a mismatch wiring code on my new minisplit system. I talked to LG for a couple hours and figured out how to diagnose and fix the issue. It would require some specialized tools and the tech that installed the system was not in town anymore. I decided to call Glorieta Creek Mechanical, they came highly recommended. They showed up 2 hours early, didn't call before hand. I rushed home as fast as i could, 20 minutes after they showed up to find no one there. They had left after they could not get ahold of anyone from tech support. They gave up after 20 minutes... After trying to get ahold of anyone at their office they finally called me back and said in a very rude angry tone, "we dont work on LGs, and we wont work on your system". I called up TLC the next day, they had a cancelation and were able to come by the same day. They saw the issue and fixed it under an hour. And they said they dont work on LGs either! They said it was just a mis matched wire, and was very easy to find and fix.
Joe and Mark recently installed a HVAC unit in our home, and we were very impressed with how fast and thorough they were. They were also pleasant people to work with, and had excellent communication skills.

Glorietta Creek Mechanical recently installed a Navien combination boiler in our older adobe home. Beforehand, we spoke with and received five bids from other local companies and I found Glorietta to be the most knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, plus their prices were commensurate with the other HVAC companies. All of the staff, from Joe and Mark to the office staff, were really great to work with. I highly recommend Glorietta Creek Mechanical for HVAC and plumbing.
Joe called in an angry voice and said he was not going to do business with me. He left my mom hanging and did not fix her heater. This is terrible. How can you do that to an old lady. We paid you did'nt we?

Since the first day Joe and Mark came out we knew we found a company that would do an excellent job. Our heater gave them difficulties but they never gave up until the problem was solved. It’s a busy time of year and their schedule was full but they always made time to fit us in, even staying out late. They have been such a blessing to our family, words cannot express how much we appreciate their honesty and hard dedicated work. Glorietta Creek Mechanical was the only company that actually fixed the leak in our mini-split system! They are tops!
Oh how wonderful to have this quiet comfortable mini-split system here in my house! I had four representatives come tell me what I should have and learned from each one. I was steered to Glorieta Creek by a contractor who said, 'They are not the cheapest, but I've never heard any complaints.' The whole job was beautifully handled. Joe and his team were in and out in a day and a half and I am living in delicious comfort.

I have used Glorieta Creek a few times for boiler-related repairs and toilet replacement/installation. They are knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, professional and I have found their prices reasonable for the quality of the work and high level of customer service from the first phone call to the end if the project.
Living for 10 years in a house with infloor heating, I've had a parade of plumbers give me their annual maintenance advice. One wanted to charge $6,000 to get my system up to snuff. Another one discovered a bad part but said it was no longer available and offered to manufacture one like it (of course, that never happened). When Joe from Glorietta Mechanical arrived he not only found the necessary part at a local plumbing supply ($25) but also discovered a heating zone no other plumber had ever thought to look for. Recommend this company highly.
