I used this vendor thru my home warranty insurance after the one they assigned was unresponsive. I spoke with Dan and he was very prompt answering and scheduling. He was able to squeeze our service call 4 hours earlier on a Sunday! I’m thankful for the service especially in the middle of a heat wave.
Thank you guys for going above and beyond for us! If you want real experienced AC guys this is them especially if you have had a few technicians unable to properly diagnose and fix the issue and cost me a lot.
My home warranty sent me to this company and they haven't responded back to my calls. The only way I can contact them was through my warranty. its been almost 3 and they still haven't fix my AC.

Have home warranty and they gave us to this company and they haven't responded back to our calls and when I call now it's saying this number has been disconnected.
Dan was efficient, informative, affordable compared to bigger, highly advertised companies, and had AC repaired in less than 30 minutes. I will let all my friends know about this professional who has integrity. No more calling the big guy businesses. Global Warming & Cooling is the best!
Dan was very professional and had excellent customer service. Came to my house on Labor Day to fix my ac unit. Diagnosed problem quickly explained in detail what went wrong and fixed the issue. I am very satisfied with this service and would gladly use and recommend this company to anyone. Very affordable. Other companies were gonna charge me 300 dollars extra just to come out on the holiday. There was no extra charge here for the holiday and he made me feel confident in my choice to use this company. Overall A+
Dan Hernandez showed up within an hour of me calling (same day). He diagnosed the issue from a quick phone conversation, showed up with a capacitor replacement piece, and finished the job within 15 minutes. He evn gave me tips for self-maintenance going forward. Honest pricing and honest work! I have so much respect for companies like this.

Dan came an hour after I called. He completed requested work and performed some maintenance on my AC. He kept me up to date on progress and price was outstanding for work completed. Will use this company in the future.

I really hope my review sheds some light on this company. Dan serviced our home in the middle of the night. He was so professional and he truly cared about solving our AC problem. We had a AC repair guy come out hours before calling Global warming and cooling. The other guy ripped us off and did not even repair the problem. Dan came in and was able to detect what the problem was in about 5 min. There is a saying you get what you pay for, and in this instance it is not true. The service was very affordable and so professional I wanted to tip nicely but Dan would not accept it. PLEASE GIVE THESE GUYS A CALL FOR ALL YOU COOLING AND WARMING NEEDS. I can't speak for all the workers there but Dan is exceptional and if he is a representation of all the workers and this company, then that's what true customer service is all about. Thank you so much. Ps even my dogs are greatful. Lol
The good folks at Global Heating and Air installed a 4.0 ton Bryant heating and air conditioning package for my home in October 2019. I picked them because not only did they have a very competitive price, but because they had the most detailed description of the work in the written contract and the representative spent considerable time going over my installation and gave me options that no one else gave me. The work was done fast, the workers were friendly, the clean up each day was perfect, and I enjoyed every aspect of this transaction. The heating and air units seem to be working perfectly and I couldn't be happier!
The young man, "Dan" performed an exemplary service. He was prompt, efficient, determined the problem with our air conditioner and addressed it within 30 minutes, and his fee was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and the company.
