Had a leak coming from one of my AC units and Mark came out of his way in 20 minutes and immediately found a clogged drain. He also inspected both of my units, finding a cracked heat exchanger in my main unit furnace. Found another 2 places where the drain pipes that were unglued. Very thorough and reasonably priced. Thank you!
Mark and the Global team have handled all of our hvac service needs at multiple houses for the past 15+ years. They always provide fast, responsive, friendly, professional service. The quality of the work is exceptional, and is all done at fair prices! They take the time the explain what the issues are, and provide you the information needed to make a decision. No high pressure sales. I recently added a 60 year old house to the list and never had a doubt who was going to get the hvac business. As an added bonus, Mark is dog person and is always happy to see and pet our dog.

I called at 730 on Friday night and they were able to come at 8 am the next day. (4th of July) Ask for Mark, he takes the time to educate you on your repairs to maintain your unit more efficiently . I have used Mark and his wonderful people for YEARS, both while living in Collierville and now across the river in Marion Arkansas. You can't do better than Global Central Air Services, Inc. I wouldn't use anyone else. They are always responsive, on time, thorough and will answer any of my questions.
Global has been providing services for our heating and A/C system for a number of years, and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and their responsiveness when we call. They replaced our central system a couple of years ago and made some adaptations to our original duct work (installed when the house was built in 1976) to accommodate upstairs and downstairs thermostats. We give them five stars.
