We loved working with Gladstone in getting our AC and heat installed. We have a 100 year old craftsman that previously didn’t have AC. His team replaced the old heater and installed AC. Mike from Gladstone is super responsive and helpful; when I later had issues with our Nest, he promptly helped replace it and worked with Nest on the warranty.
We had Mike replace our heating system 6 years ago. It worked great with no problems. Recently, we decided to add AC. We contacted Mike and received a very competitive quote. As expected, Mike was professional and efficient. He responded immediately to all of my questions and requests. His crew, Marco, Noel and Eric were reliable and effective. Marco explained everything we needed to know. He even helped us fix a light fixture for an unrelated job! We highly recommend Mike for your HVAC needs.
I have bought 2 complete HVAC systems and one furnace from Gladstone for my income properties and am happy to recommend them. Their prices are very reasonable and their workers are all real professionals. I only wish they did repairs as well as new installs.

Kept the timeline he stated when we first met for a consultation and was very clean with the whole process. Mike was very responsive and professional!! He came out to look at the house and provided a written quote with options that we can choose from. The job at our house was tricky due to the small attic so it took the Gladstone’s crew a little longer than expected but they were so courteous and even gave us a small discount at the end for going over the expected time. Overall the experience working with Gladstone Heating was great and I highly recommend them!!
I had heating, air conditioning and new duct work installed. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend Gladstone Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone. Their crew was friendly, polite and professional. They took care to keep the area clean. The whole project was finished in 2-1/2 days. Took 4 bids, Mike's was the best price. Other companies sent a salesman, with Gladstone the owner came personally and explained everything.
Great company! I would do business with them again! Mike and his team were very informative and explained all of our AC install options. The job was completed in a timely manner and Mike took the time post job to explain our AC options and controls. There are a lot of options to choose from with AC installation but if you want a reasonable price and great quality these guys are it!

Mike and his team were excellent! The estimate process was quick and easy. All the information I needed was provided with the estimate and the pricing was great. Mike was even able to fit us in for the install earlier than expected because another job finished up early. The actual install went very quickly with no issues. Look no further! We wanted to put in central A/C and replace our ancient furnace. We received many quotes and met with quite a few other contractors, but no one came close to Mike's price or professional knowledge. Save yourself the time and money and just meet with Mike Gladstone. The install was fast, done on time, and very professional. Communication is key with any home construction job, and he was on point. As a woman, I appreciated being provided the same respectful responses and involvement that he provided my husband. I can't say that for some of the other companies we spoke with. We have had our system now for about a month, and are still extremely satisfied.
Gladstone Heating and Air recently installed a new air conditioning system for our home and they were a pleasure to work with from the start of the project to the finish. I really appreciated Mike assessing our air conditioning needs and providing system options that addressed those needs at a fair price. The crew was very professional while onsite and you could tell they took a lot of pride in their work. They made a point to answer any questions I had and cleaned up after they were complete. I would recommend Gladstone to others without hesitating due to their competitive pricing, craftsmanship. professionalism, and fast turnaround in getting our air conditioning set up.

Mike and his team - we cannot say enough about them. Clear communication. Quick response with bids on Heat and Air. Took over our place to install all the AC and Ducting, without even seeming to be there. They worked quick and had the install completed in 2 days. They were kind, answered questions, obviously educated in their craft, and even engaged our 2 year old well. I cannot recommend Mike and his team enough. A great experience for us.

I'm thankful to have found a contractor that was polite, not overpriced, communicates well, informative, and on time. I feel that we got superior service and a better product for our furnace than we would have with other contractors I bid the work to.
I'm a novice at home improvement and had quite a learning curve. I got multiple bids for a new furnace to replace a 40 year old system. After reviewing fancy video presentations and checking out shoe covers and the white glove thing of other companies who came in at twice the price, I chose Gladstone because of their responsiveness and patience, and I'm so glad I did. I was able to afford a new furnace AND AC! They were on time each day, took only 4 days including dismantling and removing the ancient furnace and all the collapsed ducting in a sprawling ranch house, and they even did some extras things in my attic. The owner was present each day and answered all of my questions, made changes I asked for and did a final walk through. I highly recommend Gladstone.
