Highly recommend this company.
I have been using Gibson heating and cooling since 2011. After using several contracters to repair my broken air conditioner back in 2011 , not one was able to resolve, Ken was the only one who was able to resolve for me. Ken is very dependable, ALWAYS shows up on time and will work with me around my schedule. I have him come out every spring now to do preventative maintenance and he does a great job!
Ken is terrific! He’s does his job efficiently and is honest with you about your system without trying to upsell you. We’ve used him for several years and have always been completely satisfied with his service.

Love that Ken reaches out to his customer base twice a year to ensure that our system is operating effectively ahead of the Summer heat and Winter cold. I wish I could say the same about my dentist.

I contacted this business back in October in search of an honest, reputable and reliable HVAC technician for a new furnace humidifier installation and possible long term maintenance service. I reached out to the office and a very nice woman said she would have someone contact me. Ken Gibson did indeed call me back within an hour. After providing him with a little additional info, Ken said he would come by on Monday and I agreed that would be fine. Unfortunately that was the last I ever heard from Ken. Now I fully acknowledge and understand that things happen in any type of service industry. I actually work in the commercial renovation industry. To me there simply is no excusing a lack of communication. I realize this was a small job but small jobs completed in a satisfactory manner lead to bigger jobs then referrals and so on. I had very high hopes for establishing a solid business relationship with this company based on the abundance of excellent reviews from other customers. Sadly I will never know as a lack of communication has squashed that opportunity. I wish Ken well for continued long term success and my hope is that this message serves as a cautionary tale before any further potential business is lost due to similar experiences.

Ken is the best! Came out today for annual A/C checkup, and was completely prepared. Ken installed our current HVAC system years ago, and has been responsive to requests and consistent with regular maintenance schedules.
