Horrible, no show - no call. No one answers the phone and voicemail is full. I was given them as an Air conditioning company by American Homeshield. Definitely not recommended.
Our A/C was leaking refrigerant and I was concerned, as it gets hot here quickly. Joe and Lewie found the leak, had it fixed and running within a couple of hours. Great job and much appreciated.

Compressor unit went out. Approval from my HOME Warranty came within 3 days for replacement. Took 12 days before it was installed. It was a Brutal summer. High of 109 low of 82 degrees.
Record hot day, I received a call informing me that tech was running behind schedule. Simon arrived within 5 minutes of the quoted time. He made a prompt diagnosis. He had the parts on his truck for our 30 year old unit, which he quickly repaired. Very happy with the excellent service.
Company owner responded to my call immediately and scheduled a service call for the next available timeslot the next morning. Repair was completed quickly and with no issues. Extremely courteous and professional company.
Fixed our AC through warranty company after 2.5 week due to shipping taking so long for part.

Simon is awesome at his job he came in and put my water pump in my evac system and did a little bit more by cleaning it out and screwing it to the structure made it more secure he was very friendly and very professional would recommend him that's a good tech

Gibson air was outstanding. They put a mini split in my garage I couldn’t be happier. Installed in one day. Not only fast but clean and efficient. I can’t say enough about this company. Everyone was so respectful and patient to my questions about installation. I highly recommend this company.

I had called Gibson Air on Saturday (Easter Weekend). I left a message and recieved a call back within half an hour. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Gibson Air. My renter had phoned that the A/C was not working and my Condo being in the desert and upstairs was really hot. Steven came out and did the repairs on Easter Sunday and first thing in the morning. My renters were so grateful and they told me that it still gave them time to get to. Church. My condonis a VRBo and this was very important as one unhappy renter and my VRBO suffers. The job was completed and the Air is flowing perfectly. I have had many repair people in my past as I have multiple properties. Stephen was a very kind, sincere and helpful man and I will refer him to anyone I know with A/C or heating issues in the future. Suzanne G
Technician Chris is very professional, knowledgeable and explains himself well. He was able to answer my 125 questions and did the job quick, clean, and got me back up and running. Would recommend them to anyone.
