The past day and half has been quite eventful to say the least. Family of 4 and SAHM with no hot water. It’s been fun! Noticed immediately our hot water wasn’t supplying normal demand. Ventured to the basement to the furnace room and unbeknownst to us, noticed we were flooding! Water pouring out the pipes and all over the floor. I called Brian Gibbs Gibbs Comfort Services. I shut the main off and he sent someone out immediately to vacuum water and set up dehumidifier. Assessed the problem (gas hot water was toast). Replaced following day with an entire new system! The professionalism, kindness and cleanliness was second to none. This has not been the first and most likely not the last, experience with Brian and his team. Thank you again for the prompt, quick action. Being so accommodating to our home and animals during the process. Truly a life saver! 🙌🏻

Our AC had stopped working on a holiday weekend. I messaged them and they were so responsive. They came out the first thing next morning to fix the issue. Very punctual and professional. I'd highly recommend them.
Can't say enough wonderful things about this business.. honest ,people.didn't even take a break!!. Spend the whole day puttinging in new air conditioning. furnace.. difficult set up in our house... best price and warrenty around. 10yr on water heater furnace and air conditioner.. .. in writing. Can't beat the price and professionallism .. they are not out to make big bucks just provide best service and happy customers.. I feel like my happiness and home matter....you won't regret calling them...
Brian and Robyn were fantastic every step of the way. They were able to get our new unit in ASAP and at a much better price than the big name competitors!
My upstairs office would easily get up to 78 degrees, so we had Gibbs Comfort Services retrofit our new house with multi zone dampers on our existing duct work. The system was installed and setup within 2 days, and now my office is a comfortable temperature even on the hottest summer days.
