I decided to use Geske to replace my old residential HVAC system and am very pleased with the overall process and installation. Wayne took the time explain the pros/cons of the different equipment options, answered many questions, provided cost-effective quotes for the various options that I had requested, and never pressured me into purchasing more than I was comfortable with or needed. The install was done quickly by a team of pros within a day and with no issues. I would definitely recommend and use this company again.
Great service! My moms system lost power in her condo and Geske Heating & Air was not only able to diagnose the issue but had parts on hand to fix an older unit and restore it to working condition. Top notch service and my new go to HVAC company.
Wayne runs an excellent operation. Came right out on a Monday morning and had our AC issue diagnosed & fixed within an hour. He was polite & gave us different options with no pressure. Not a salesman, he’s an honest guy running a good local business. We’ll definitely call him when we need to replace our whole unit.
Called at 6:30 pm and these guys were there by 10;30 the next morning . Had my problem fixed fast. Prompt, on-time, quick response and only 75 for the inspection. Would recommend.
After deciding to replace our hvac system Wayne came out and gave me a great estimate on a new unit. He was about half the price of other hvac companies. They were right on time and worked fast and clean. He also called me a week later to make sure everything was great with the new unit.
Great service from Wayne and Christal. Very responsive gave us multiple options for HVAC unit replacement. Clean professional work, competitive pricing and easy communication. Very happy with our new system.
Wayne called ahead to let me know he would be arriving in 20 minutes. He was very polite and professional. Our a/c needed a maintenance service call afterwards I was told everything was in great condition. He said that if we keep it clean and fliter change we could get another 3 to 5 years or more the unit is 16 years old. We will use again in the future.
Geske was able to squeeze me in the same day and Wayne came out to do a diagnosis. Thankfully I didn't need any repairs but Wayne answered all my questions and will be calling them out in the future to give me a bid to replace my aging HVAC when it gives out.
They took the time to provide a low-end quote and a high-end quote to help us decide whether to replace our wall heater or install a new heating/AC system throughout the house. We ended up going with the wall heater. They were quick to communicate and come out. The service did not take long and the heater that was put in keeps our house so warm! These guys are very professional and do beautiful work! 👍👍
I could not have asked for a better experience! Professional service explained everything and was able to fit us into his schedule. My family was stuck without A/C when it got hot. We got a new system and the install was quick. We thought it would take all day and it was only a couple hours and we were able to go on about our day. Pricing and trust is what stood out. I did get other quotes and Geske Heating & Air were able to beat competitor. Other companies told us we needed more work than we did. I will be using your from now on. My Tech was amazing. He identified the problem and fixed it and did not swindle me. This company is honest and applies your diagnosis fee to the repair if one is needed AND they have great prices on seasonal service packages that are on three tiers- which makes maintenance possible for anyone to afford. Will be using them for all my homes HVAC needs.
