We were having some performance issues with our AC. Running all of the time and not really cooling the house. Garrett came out and gave everything a look over, made some adjustments and recommendations. Immediate results! Super professional and went out of his way just to make sure my family would be comfortable. Very reasonably priced and would highly recommend the company to anyone having HVAC issues big or small!
Great communication and professional, fast and friendly service. He managed to squeeze us in the same day we called and fixed our AC in like 15 min. Definitely recommend him!
My wife and I just recently moved and began having HVAC issues once the weather began to warm up. I received a quote from a different company that was absurdly high and I was referred to Gerard through my Realtor. Corey come out and assessed our issues and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and was not pushing us to sign anything that day. Gerard's pricing was more attractive and we were getting the exact services (and a few extra add-ons) that the other company was not offering us. A few days later Nick & TJ completed a two-day, diligent and careful installation of an entirely new unit (AC, Furnace, & Thermostat). I am very happy with the installation & customer service we received from Korie, Corey, Nick, TJ, and Garrett himself. They also worked with our home warranty company to sort out options to cover certain pieces of our failing unit.
Gerard HVAC recently replaced our home’s aged heating/air conditioning system and we are very happy with the results. Korie in the office was a pleasure to talk with in getting the process started, our rep Corey was extremely knowledgeable and helped us configure a new system with exactly the options we needed, and installers Ben and Nick were super professional, friendly, and respectful of our home. After installation Ben and Nick took the time to help us configure our smart thermostat and thoroughly explained all the maintenance tasks, and even gave us hands-on training in how to replace our fancy new filter. Having obtained multiple quotes we felt like Gerard’s pricing was very fair, and every aspect of the service thus far has been top-notch. We’d gladly recommend them. Also, a shout-out to our barista at Sayler Park Coffee, from whom we learned about Gerard HVAC - thank you!
Gerard is very responsive and easy to set up a time for service. I had an issue with my AC after moving into a older home and they were able to quickly find the issue (electrical, not even my unit) and get my air nice and cool. I highly recommend.

Garrett Gerard, Cory Leibrock and Gerard Heating & Air are all TOP TIER! They have serviced my old HVAC units many times and kept them clean and running. They are professional, friendly and experts. I wouldn’t recommend anyone better than this team!
Garrett and his whole team were great. Very professional and detail oriented. They replaced my old furnace and AC unit with a great new furnace and heat pump system at a really good price. I couldn't recommend highly enough.

12/5 if possible! I cannot recommend them enough. Garrett checked an issue I've had for over a year that was dismissed by large big business companies and found the issue, helped me with clean up and did a quick check and clean on my furnace. THE NICEST, MOST THOROUGH, will be my go to from now on.
Gerard HVAC did an amazing job with fixing our furnace. Came the next day and fixed in an hour. Very professional and better yet, local!

Great experience with Gerard Heating and Air! Our furnace went out on a Sunday afternoon and they were still able to promptly come out to take a look. Very friendly and professional sevice providers that I would highly recommend.
Gerard and his team are amazing at what they do. They have very good understanding of not only the electrical system but also the electronics part of it. He spent good amount of time to explain what went wrong with my system and why it needs replacement. His entire team was very professional and best part is they cleaned up the site after the install. I really recommend them for anyone who wants either a new system.
Gerard Heating and Air does thorough, prompt, quality work at an affordable price. Gerard Heating and Air did both my home inspection, for my 41 year old HVAC system, and repair work this cold winter the same day I called. Then, I had a different problem on a different day, and they drove all the way across town promptly when I called and quickly fixed my heating. Great service, great response and price, and nice hard-working people. Their work also supports a good cause- 2023 goals include charitable contributions from the company. Couldn't recommend more.
I was having furnace issues and called a large HVAC company to check it out since there were extreme temps moving in later in the week. They said nothing was wrong and "serviced" the unit. When temps started dipping, the furnace started to struggle again and I called a different large HVAC company who said I needed a new furnace. This wouldn't be scheduled for about 5 days. The following morning (Christmas Eve), my house dipped to 50 degrees and I called Gerard. Garrett is the nicest guy. He diagnosed the issue within 10 minutes to get us up and running that same day. Gerard truly went above and beyond, helping us out urgently on a Holiday. I'm happy there are still good people out there. We will certainly be calling Gerard for any future heating and air needs we have and have encouraged our family and friends to do the same. We can't thank you enough!!

Very pleased with Garrett. He came to check our HVAC for a home sale. He found an unexpected problem and worked quickly to remedy it at no additional cost, even though he had to make a second visit! I will definitely use this business again!!! I felt like I could trust the company, the workmanship, and the price!
