I thought it would cost many thousands of dollars to get a new system but they spent 10 minutes and had it running perfectly. Just charged me for trip charge USE THIS COMPANY!
Gerald is the best around. He always comes out extremely fast and the repair is always quick. Will never use anyone else!!

We needed quite a bit of work done, zoning system, second thermostat, bigger AC unit etc. We had 2 companies out for an estimate. Gerald Griffins estimate was significantly less than and more reasonable than the other companies, for the exact same work. The guys who came to do the work were so completely nice and professional. They were very courteous about making sure they made no mess. After the work was completed the owner himself came a few days later to inspect the work . They have all been completely responsive and helpful to any questions or concerns we had along the way. I would recommend them all day every day!!

I was in need of an evaluation of an HVAC system that has given me trouble in each of the last 3 years. I called Gerald Griffin along with 2 other local big name companies and asked for them to come out and evaluate my system. All of the opinions were relatively consistent that ultimately I could keep replacing parts on my system but a full replacement to address some issues from the original installation were recommended. My reason for choosing to do business with Gerald Griffin was numerous positive reviews, a local small business and lastly his quote to install my system was significantly less than another quote for exactly the same equipment. My system has been in for a couple of weeks now and functioning great. Gerald has called and stopped by to check the function also. I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs.

Thank you Gerald for the honest advice you gave me regarding my HVAC systems in my home. You could have allowed me to purchase unnecessary equipment, but instead, you provided sound and honest advice as to how my HVAC system works and the true expectation for how each system will perform. In today’s business world it is hard to find individuals who are willing to give good and sound advice even if it means not making an equipment sell. When I do need to replace any HVAC equipment you will the only person I call.

This is by far the best experience that I have ever had with a heating and cooling company. I was referred to them by my neighbor. My ac went out in my house so I have Gerald a call. Very professional and showed up same day. Gerald and his crew were very friendly and got me up and running again in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone in the area!
I have used Gerald Griffin Heat/Air exclusively for the last few years. I have had to get them to come out several times and always when I am without air or heat... they always come very quickly. And their prices are very reasonable. Just had them out again today and turned out it was an issue with a part that had been replaced before but turned out to be faulty. He made it right .... I would have never known had they told me it was something else... very honest and I highly recommend!

Our heating and air unit went out, the next day we called Gerald Griffin and he had his crew here within 2 days and a new unit was installed, the old unit was taken away and they cleaned up after themselves. Mr. Griffin is always available to us at any time day or night to answer any questions we may have and ready to come over to show us how to operate the control if need be. I highly recommend this company to anybody.
