I called them around 9 and they were out by 11 to fix my HVAC. It is a 19 year old system. Bryson inspected it and found that the motor was out, but the rest of the system was still in good shape. They were able to replace the motor and now it is working like a champ. Most companies would have pushed me into buying a new system. Bryson told me that it would be coming but not today and gave me approximate prices for the future.
I have a property that is over 50 years old, and GG comes here and always tries to do the repair on my R22 units instead of up sale of the 410A units. If they tell me, it's not able to be fix, I know that I can trust what they are telling me. (HONEST COMPANY) They have saved me a lot of money and time. Love this company and everyone that works there.
My furnace starting turning off randomly and the only way I could get it back running was to open and close the filter door (a method that accidentally worked). I did not want to have the heat turn off in the middle of a freezing cold night, plus didn't want to exacerbate any potential issue, so I called George Gary Mechanical Design; Bryson come by within a day and fixed the issue quickly. The fee was Reasonable!!! I couldn't be happier.
I called and they came out right away. Let me say, my system is about 30 years old. The first young man they sent was sweet but did not solve the problem. I called again and they immediately sent other resources who found and fixed the problem and my old system is running like a top again. Another company would undoubtedly have just tried to sell me a new unit. I felt supported as they showed a care, concern and dedication (in addition to substantive technical expertise) not found many places these days. They called back to check that things were good. I also had a thermostat problem the next day and the technician talked me through a fix that has proved completely successful. My system was repaired a couple of months ago (before the super cold snap we have recently had) and has not had another problem. And when the invoice finally arrived, I was shocked at how low it was. I recommend George Gary Mechanical Design, Inc. for all your HVAC needs. I am a customer for life, including when I do actually have to replace this system.

I would NEVER call anyone but George Gary Mechanical Design for HVAC or Heating needs. I have worked with them on 3 houses in the last 15 years, and I can't recommend them enough. They not only have helped me replace 2 systems, they have also helped me keep the old systems working long after their prime. Very trustworthy and dependable. 10 stars!!!
Absolutely nobody does it better!! George and crew are friendly, efficient, affordable and reliable. You'd be silly not to call them!!
2nd 5 star for George Gary Mechanical. I used them last year and gave a 5 star. Same thing this year. Bryson came out, diagnosed my problem, did not upsell or pressure me into anything, gave me options to handle it until I had the money for a replacement which won't be until next year. No scaring, no upselling. Just quality work.

Just started using Geo.Gary Mechanical Design on the recommendation of a friend. So far they are living up to their billing and I am very glad I made a change. Plan to keep using.
George Gary Mechanical Design was the first HVAC repair and servicer I could get to call me back at this time of year. I was able to easily schedule an appointment. Bryson called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Upon arrival, he immediately figured out what the issue was with my unit, replaced the part and ran some diagnostics on it. He honest about the unit and what are options were from there. Bryson was professional, and pleasant the entire time. I will be looking to replace my outdated unit at the end of this season, and because of this great experience, at peak busy season, there is only one name on my list to have that work done, George Gary Mechanical Design.
I was very impressed with George Gary Mechanical Design. The technician was extremely knowledgable and personable. He went out of his way to help me with a completely different issue that I was having with another system. The communication with the scheduling department was top notch! I would definitely use them again.

All Good Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling installed a brand new HVAC unit for us which started failing after a couple of months. Our installation experience with them was awful, so even the thought of having to call them to come out and help us with an already failing system was frankly exhausting. We did end up having them come out and after about 5 minutes of tests, they reported that there was no issue. I was at the end of my rope. Thank goodness we found George Gary. They came out and George was so patient and listened to my whole story and what the issues were. He did a thorough inspection and gave me an honest run-down of the state of our entire HVAC system along with some suggestions. He was very low-pressure and presented us lots of options. He did lots of testing and was able to diagnose the issue as the result of his persistence. He even went ahead and did all the warrantee work for us to get the parts etc at no cost so we wouldn't have to. I'm so grateful we found them!
