Called them at 9:03am, my heat was off. By 9:50am the technician (Ron) has already fixed the issue and I’m back to my normal life. I’m sure it can’t always be that speedy, but as a night shift worker, I greatly appreciate that this issue won’t effect my ability to sleep today! 👍🏼👍🏼
