I made an appointment to have my furnace inspected and tuned up. Because of their hours of availability, I took off part of a workday. By the time the arrival window passed, no one showed up and no one called to tell me why. They will not get my business again. Update: a representative from the company contacted me the following day and offered to make it right after the scheduling mistake. I declined because I had made an appt. already with another company.
I’ve been using them for over 20 years. They installed my furnace. Their emergency number did not work. They were too busy to respond or even talk to me in my hour of need. Forget about establishing a relationship with them.
Have always used them for heating and cooling. Very professional and they get the job done right.

They just replaced my furnace and installed a brand new AC unit for my house. They did a fabulous job. They weren't the cheapest option, they weren't the most expensive option, but they were the most thorough when they did their estimate. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for service.
I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years and just had them call and cancel a scheduled service call because someone called off. Okay, I get that but to have the person I was talking to get snarky with me telling me hundreds of people called last week? Really? What am I, chopped liver? No, I am now a former customer looking for another company that treats their customers with respect!
Gee and Missler are located in Wyandotte they're rep came out right away and decently priced. The gentleman that came out to fix our humidifier was polite and extremely informative.

They came the same day as called. They were efficient and very reasonably priced. I've paid far more for worse service in HVAC repairs. I'll use them again and highly recommend them.
Woke up on sat to no heat. Called emergency number. They showed up in a timely manner amd had furnace going in no time. All workers are very friendly and knowledgeable. Been using this company for many years. I recommend this company.
Great company! Whether you're looking for repairs or replacement Gee and Missler will make sure that everything is done properly the first time. No throwing good money after bad. Their reputation matters to them and they operate with integrity.
Called and was told to leave voicemail. Never returned my call so I went with someone else after waiting 1.5 weeks.
I have made multiple calls for a quote to install a furnace and air conditioner and can’t even get a call back. :(

These guys are awesome and quick to return our calls and went above and beyond our expectations. They have really helped us out as we are in the process of renovating an old 1927 building in Lincoln Park into a coffee shop. We are looking forward to working with these guys for years to come.
