I would love to change the review but considering we put a claim in Friday 2/12 that our heat was not working, we were told someone from this company would contact us, we have yet to hear a word from them. We just went through the freezing temps with no heat on our home. This was the company our home warranty said would be contacting us to fix the issues. Let’s hope the service goes better...if we ever hear from them. It’s been over a week.
GeauxPro sent a tech out the following morning after I desperately called for help. My a/c went out midday and I have bullies that cannot handle the Tx heat. The tech knew what he was doing as he diagnosed and repaired (replaced part) in less than 15 minutes! My a/c was cooling the house down within a couple of hours. I definitely recommend this company and will for sure use them again!
Joe is the most honest man I've met that does A/C repair and maintenance. I recommend him highly.
I have had my share of bad service but this was in top 5 bad services I have seen. No sense of communication what so ever, I mean if you know you are no coming at least let your customers know and if u don’t show up and they calling and texting u at least reply. If you are going to use them be ready for a painful ride. I wish them good luck and hope owners can look into this and remove bad help.

My ac went out in June, have been back and forth with my home warranty company. I had assumed that the issue was with GeauxPRO, but after careful documentation and calls I found that it is with the home warranty. GeauxPRO has stepped up and gone out of their way to get my parts and keep informed on when repairs will be done. With the hoops the warranty companies make them jump through they have done a great job at helping get the warranty company to fix it. May have taken longer than expected, but they have had our back.
My AC went out, and while my home warranty was ignoring my calls and the main number for GeauxPRO never called back (please pick up the phone or email, y’all), Kenny was by far the most responsive and helpful person I dealt with. He diagnosed the AC issue, recommended a longer-term fix than just repairing the leak-prone system, and Eloy came to install the new system quickly and professionally, with thorough communication and totally social-distanced. Thanks y’all!
Beaux has made the stress of losing AC in Texas summer so much easier. He went above and beyond to make sure he got to our house ASAP so that we could be up and running in no time. He has worked with us a couple of times now & his prices are always fair! I found Geaux Pro through our warranty company & know that I can always rely on them!
Kenny came on-time and resolved issue with my AC - he was assigned by the home warranty company so I was kind of skeptical based on the negative feedback I have seen but I was happily surprised that he was very professional and did the job well - hopefully he will keep doing this well and earn more positive feedback! They were sent out by my home warranty company and didn’t even come close to diagnosing the issue correctly. Ended up calling out a company on my own and they fixed the problem in 45 minutes.
This company works with home warranty companies to deny claims. Not sure their employees are even licensed HVAC technicians. Don’t even bother calling them.
They failed to correctly report information to my home warranty company, which ended up costing me thousands of dollars in AC repairs. Since then, they have not responded to my emails or voicemails.
worst company ever. Don't ever call them for anything.
