Exceptional service. Very professional
GE took our concerns and literally made all of them dissappear. The price was very competitive and on point for the services we received..... but most importantly they got the job done within 24hrs of calling them! and trust me when I say it was not a small job. Big thanks goes out to Gil and all his guys thanks for the amazing job!
Don't take your hot water for granted!! Long story short: we haven't had hot water for a couple of weeks. Our tankless water heater was installed by a friend 7 years ago, and it prematurely went out so we had to replace it. Highly recommend GE Heating & Air ! Gil came out and diagnosed some installation errors that caused the failure and within a couple of days they installed a new tankless unit that is a major upgrade. They also fixed all the previous installation errors, which wasn't a small job, all in one day - plus, Gil didn't overcharge or try to sell a BS warranty package. Thank you Gil & Gabe Erives ! We are all grateful to have hot water again!

Absolutely AWFUL! They installed a new unit in our house and they left without even finishing the job! Because we requested an inspection from the Power Company they returned to finish the job. However, 16 months after the installation we had problems with the AC and went through the entire summer without it. After multiple estimates from other companies and paying a visit fee 4 times total, we had to come up with an extra $3.000.00 because this horrible Company GE Heating & Air didn't used the proper air ducts and didn't install an extra return air vent needed for the equipment to work properly. They should lose their HVAC license! $13.000.00 paid for a very bad job. We only hired them because we wanted to give a small business a chance, but GE Heating & Air doesn’t deserve any business! RUN while you can !! I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! In regards to the owner's response... after not finishing the job and finding out the work was done incorrectly. I was not comfortable calling this company for anything. The unit worked the first year (how convenient 1 year parts and warranty) After it stopped working and you never bother coming back as you said for the spring inspection. Please take responsibility for your bad work. If the job would've been done correctly in the first place none of this would have happened.
My heater stopped working and when I got home from work I tried calling several different companies and nobody could get out to me very soon. When I called GE, Gilbert was able to make it out to me that evening and get my furnace up and running all in the same trip. I was very impressed with their service and great attitude and will definitely be using them in the future.
Great work call we’re at house within the next hour hit everything setup for next day install works we’re great very professional very satisfied with overall work and look of new furnace and water heater would recommend every time.
Gilbert came out on short notice during a holiday weekend to help us out. He was very knowledgeable and he was helpful with his recommendations.
From initial quote to completion of work, Gilbert, and his entire team at GE Heating & Air were outstanding 👌 Contractor after contractor came into our home offering outrageous bids to relocate our AC lineset. Gilbert, however, came in with honesty, professionalism, and superior customer service. Our lineset is now relocated to the interior of our home (no more exterior eye sore), and the drywall has all been restored to even better than before condition, all because Gilbert made sure to bring in the right team from start to finish. He didn't leave us hanging with holes in our wall, or tell us we have to find our own drywall contractor for repairs. He did that for us! Outstanding service, and experience! Will definitely recommend, and hire for any future projects!
Out of the five companies that I called for quotes this company was the only one that came out physically to my home and Gilbert was on time very professional and was straight to the story of this is what I can do for you this is what you need and this is the dollar amount. I was very pleased with his professionalism as well as how quickly they could come out and install a new furnace and AC and all of the employees that were here that day as well as Gilbert coming for five times we’re all very friendly professional courteous of my property. I have already referred this company to about five or six other people that have been interested in getting their AC and furnace replaced or looked at . I would refer this company to anyone their pricing was unbelievable compared to the other pricing that I received as well.
Wow, how unprofessional can you get? I called because my AC wasnt working. Over the phone based on the description of my issue he quotes me $7-8k for a complete system replacement, but says it might be repairable. Comes out to give a firm estimate and after a cursory glance (legit didnt even touch the unit) now its "only" $4k to replace the exterior condenser. Decided to get a second opinion and low-and-behold its fixed with a $300 part. Get a 2nd quote on repair work.
We had our AC & Furnace replaced on June 23, I give Gilbert & his crew 5 ⭐️’s , they did a fabulous job, Gilbert is a great person with the greatest smile 😊 Not to mention honest, polite & very professional . I called GE Heating this morning as my air conditioner stopped blowing air at all. He was able to come out within less than an hour and was actually earlier than he expected. He quickly diagnosed the problem and since it was a simple issue didn't charge me for the diagnostic fee. Super helpful and quick to respond!
I highly recommend GE Heating and Air. I was referred to Gil and he did not disappoint. Price was competitive to replace a 50 yr old furnace and add AC. The GE Heating & Air team arrived on time, were polite, friendly, professional, and left my home totally cleaned up after they were done. I will refer and recommend this company to all my family and friends!!
When our boiler in our home went out I called five different companies. Out of the five we chose Gilbert. He was very easy to talk with and give us a good quote to replace our old clunky boiler. The day Gilbert and his crew came to replace the boiler it was freezing outside. It was a 7:00 am when they arrived. They worked through the day and didn't leave until 10:30 that night. Because of the extensive work that needed to be done they weren't able to finish. They returned early the next morning and completed the job. Gilbert and his crew were wonderful. They were very courteous and cleaned up after they were done. I found the room they worked in cleaner then when they began. We will definitely be using Gilberts services. He will be the first one we call.
incredible customer service! Gilbert was efficient, professional, and kind. We were able to diagnose a problem with the heater, and make a plan for a replacement. My wife and I feel very comfortable working with Gilbert, and the company. I highly, highly recommend!
Actually this family owned company should get 10 stars. On the day we called them our mother's house was over 90 degrees which was very dangerous and possibly life threatening to her. Gilbert and his crew came out and rearranged their schedules working overtime to install a new Lennox air conditioner the same day. The house is now at a comfortable level and she is doing great.I doubt that anyone else would have done this for us. We have used GE Heating for years and will continue to do so. Thank you again.
They game out to replace my main vent stack for the furnace and water heater. They could not have been more professional, friendly, and clean. They do amazing work. They make sure their customers are taken care of. I will continue to use their service when ever I need to.
We have used Gilbert and his crew on three separate occasions. 1) Repaired AC at 1/4 the cost of everyone else. When everyone wanted to tear out and replace the system, Gilbert and Coco spent hours diagnosing the problem and were able to make a repair instead of replacing everything. 2) Gilbert repaired our furnace when it quit working within 2 hours of it going out on a sub zero February day. 3) Gilbert sent a crew to refurbish/maintain our furnace that wasn't efficient. Since then the furnace has been running less, our house has been warmer, our furnace filters have been cleaner when we replace them, and our gas bill has been way less every month. We are now using Gilbert and his guys to repair a water heater flue for the sale of our home. Long story short, we went through probably 5 HVAC companies before finding GE, and they are far and away the best. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
Thought our AC went out. Gilbert, owner of GE Heating & Air, came out to assess. Turns out it was a disgustingly dirty filter causing a problem. Not only was I educated on the importance of changing out the filter 1x every 30 days, Gilbert did not charge us for the service call. Thank you, Gilbert! ;)
