Jorge from GC American Air is very professional, polite, and honest. We called him because our older unit AC had suddenly stopped working (in over 90 degree heat), and he kindly made an appointment with us ASAP. Jorge quickly diagnosed our AC problem and fixed it. He gave us good recommendations that would help us keep our old system working as long as possible. We will definitely call Jorge, in the future when our older unit is no longer able to be repaired and we need a new HVAC system. We were so impressed by his work ethic and will highly recommend him to others! If you are shopping for a new HVAC and getting estimates for a new system, definitely get a quote from Jorge!
My air conditioner stopped working...tech came out at around 9 p.m. Checked the unit out...said it needed a new motor and new control board to a cost of $1349. The next day I had another tech from a different company come out. All he did was hit the reset button, which the other tech did not, and the unit worked.
I was so happy to find Jorge, he went over and above just cleaning my coils on the outside unit. The inside unit is hard to get to, and he found a problem and fixed it for me. He's a kind and gentle man, he was here right on time, and I highly reccomewnd Jorge the owner of GC American Air.
