I highly recommend Gary's Heating and Cooling. Antwian Gary was extremely polite and professional. He was very knowledgeable about my cooling and heating system and diagnosed the problem right away. He explained his service plan to me in detail and completed the repairs. I am also so grateful he helped me navigate my warranty. I found out the parts he needed for the repairs were covered. I am elated that Antwian provides excellent quality work without price gouging. He truly enjoys his craft and has a heart for helping his customers. I am so glad I finally found a company I can trust to keep my system working well.
Reached out to him on a Saturday morning regarding my heat going out. He was in my home fixing it within 2hrs. He was ver responsive and answered all my questions. He was able to find the issue and fix it right away. His prices are also very reasonable!
After having no hot water for 5 months as we searched for a reliable, honest, and affordable company to help repair/replace our water heater. Everyone was extremely expensive! Since our warranty company wasn’t covering that replacement, they recommended we use one of their sources. After comparing many quotes we decided to go with Gary’s heating. Needless to say we’re so happy we did. Antwian was diligent in providing exceptional customer service while keeping everything 100. He recommended we replace the water heater and gave us the best option to get it done at an affordable rate. He was honest and reliable! We’re forever grateful for Antwian because he didn’t treat us like just another dollar or #. He was empathetic, accommodating and efficient. We finally have hot water & will continue to using his services. I’d recommend this company to anyone!
My warranty company (which sucks) used Gary's to replace my leaking water heater. They were knowledgeable and fast
I had someone OTHER than Gary's Heating and Cooling replace a thermostat...BIG Mistake!!! Gary responded to my call by trying to trouble-shoot over the phone. But he eventually had to come and correct the problem made by someone else. This experience and every time I've called previously it has been nothing but responsive and the quality of service has been top notch. For sure this experience has taught me DO NOT have unqualified individuals touch anything that could jeopardize your comfort...like heat!
This is one of the absolute best companies that I have ever had do work for me! Honest, trustworthy, caring, friendly and they know what they are doing. I had an awful experience with another company and because of them, I was without air conditioning almost 3 months this summer. As soon as Gary’s took over it was professionally taken care of prompt and timely. I am still in awe of how great the service and communication was from this company. I only wish I had got them on the job first!!!!
I recommend 100% this company my air conditioner went out in my house Antwon came out to investigate found the problem reported the problem ordered new AC was caring kept checking in on us till the problem was resolved was very professional , polite caring , proficient , very knowledgeable. After lots of confusion yesterday, Gary went out of his way to come to my house twice to address my heat that had been out for 3 days. He readily dealt with my and my mom's attitude, and was still willing to complete the job. He got my heat working in 10 minutes, told me what was wrong, and let me know he'd be back in the morning with the replacement part. He is here now for a third visit in less than 20 hours, just as he said he would be, and it putting in the new part. He is knowledgeable and consistent, and I really hate that we got off on the wrong foot. Will definitely be reaching out to him again.

The technician set 2 appointments on 2 separate days to be at my home between 8am and 12 noon. Both days he was a no-show without any notice.. I will never use this company, norwill I recommend anyone else to use them if you value your time.
5 hour window provided, but they did not show or call to indicate they would not make it. Thanks for wasting my time.
Day after Christmas, I called his number by mistake, thinking he was local (Illinois). He called back in 15 minutes, while I was waiting for over an hour with 2 others I’d called. Even though he was no where near me, he was willing to help. I did wind up going with a local, but if that’s just a clue of his service, this is a quality company.
Got my system fixed and working in time for the cold. Pretty low charge for all the effort. Will use again.
I consulted with Antwan a year ago referencing issues I was having with my HVAC System. He was very knowledgeable and came to check things out quickly each time I needed him. He was honest about repairs and about what would be needed for me to enjoy a heated and cooled home with no issues. He recently installed my new system and was on time, quick, and explained the entire process. Very neat, cleaned up and hauled everything away. I would definitely recommend him and his team. I will be calling again for other services needed soon.
