Nick was on time, friendly and very professional. He got my AC problem resolved, found vent filters for my odd-sized vents, and installed a new thermostat for me. Would highly recommend.
Excellent service! We wanted to install a brand new AC system, and partnered up with Gary and Nicks Heating and Cooling company. Great communication first of all. In addition Nick was knowledgeable, worked clean and was early for the appointment. Also their pricing is very fair for equipment and installation. For our yearly maintenance we will continue to use their services.
Nick came out to troubleshoot our HVAC system in our home. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Nick was very good at communicating his troubleshooting process and was able to find the cause and get the replacement part quickly. When he was finished he patiently answered all my new homeowner questions and gave me a tutorial on my system. Without hesitation I would recommend his services. I also really appreciate that the name of the person on the company name is the one showing up to do the work!
Nick came out on an emergency call after our furnace stopped blowing hot air. (25 year old furnace He found that a switch had failed and that our igniter needed to be replace. He got it running again with the damaged parts, ordered the replacements (which came overnight) and was back the next day to install. He is polite, friendly and does great work. I recommend him to everyone!
Nick came out after hours to help a emergency heater failure on a really cold night. We were super thankful that he got our old system running again ! He was well with it that our neighbors hired him as well. Thank you Nick for you help, we will refer you when ever we have the opportunity !
