Garrison Hvac and Gas fireplace Services is the best. The woman I spoke with on the phone was professional and friendly. she keep me up on all that was going on. The technician that was sent to my home was new what he was doing. He got my old A/C unit working before the heat wave. This company ROCKS!!

Amazing! I was taught how to clean the Fireplace myself for maintenance. The technician did a trouble shoot before recommending any parts. I appreciate that. He made sure I wasn't being sold anything I didn't need. He also walked me through the process of how and why he cleaned and maintained the fireplace parts. We discussed prices before any labor or parts were installed. All in all a great experience! Will certainly use the company for yearly maintenance.

Cameron was awesome! A youth of generation change. Cameron came ready to work and wore his shoe coverings without being asked. This speaks volume for him and the company. We were having issues with the gas fire place starting, although the pilot was lit. Garrisonville was very responsive, making an appointment for us the following week. The tech arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair. We also had to get a new remote which he had readily available. We highly recommend Garrisonville HVAC & Gas Fireplace for their professional expertise and prompt service!

Young man was professional and knowledgeable. Ending in heat restoration, he explored several possibilities before he even thought to give up (and give the standard answer of having to "order a part"). System has been working well since repair.
