Wesley was very responsive and knowledgeable. He had the problem solved within the first few minutes of his arrival. I would recommend him to family and friends.
over priced, does not stand behind their work, 6mo. to do a new home carrier furnace install and it does not respond to wireless remote, they do not respond to warranty issues, said he would register for warranty, but did not . was on site about 4 or 5 times. had to call Cartwrights in santa fe to come and fix the problems. Paid them in full, 14k. Do not use,, wanted to charge me 500.00 to come back to address issues'
Excellent workmanship and professional. Same day visit, which if you have ever tried to get any service in Valencia County means a lot. Furnace install with clean work. I highly recommend and will be using again!
The owner Wesley responded to my call in a timely manner to fix our gas furnace. He found the problem right away and got it working well. He and his helper were respectful and professional. I'm glad I called them.
Wesley and his crew deserve special mention on the repair and replacement of my blower motor and fan! They went out of there way to replace the new motor twice because of a bad first . motor from Carrier. If you want a local HVAC to do the work right and with a Fair repair price, then Garley Heating and Cooling is the only business! Thank you!
I was shared this contact by another family member who was in high praise for his job and efforts. When I reached out for help on our AC unit he cordially came out and assessed the problem. Gave his suggestion to fix and made a commitment to help resolve the issue. Took over a week and multiple calls that have been ignored and not responded to. Now I had to call another company to replace a motor and a capacitor. costing me more money than the original issue. I do not recommend at all
Wesley came out quickly to fix my mother's swamp cooler during the hottest temps this summer . I appreciate his quick response and service.

Excellent service. Great value. Always does a great job. He installed my gas heater 2 years ago.y Installed my ac last year. He did some work to adjust my ac,now it's working perfectly. I highly recommend this company! Very professional!

Wesley was professional. My ac stopped working and I called Garley Heating and Cooling . Nick came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Wesley was up front about the repair and worked with me on the price to get my ac repaired !

Wesley and Nick did an amazing job. We recently moved into a 35yr house with old rusted swamp coolers. Was a Big Job converting 3 outdated swamp coolers to new air conditioning units and replaced all the furnaces as well. Quoted a price better than any competitors and delivered with an upgraded product at a minimal additional price. Required new electrical panel to bring things up to code. Wesley's team was highly respectful and understanding of concerns including health during the pandemic. Worked long hours and did not leave until job was done right. Even came back when there was a minor issue to fix. Install included 5-year service contract and I look forward to working with them in the future. I don't always feel I can trust servicemen but have no trouble trusting Wesley and his crew at Garley Heating and Cooling!
Amazing group of people! Their knowledge and expertise was outstanding, not to mention how efficient they are. I will most definitely retain these folks for any future needs. Thanks to them my ac was working wonderfully in less than an hour! 👍👍 for sure.
I had been trying to find a company to come look at my furnace for weeks. The first time I called Garley Heating and Cooling I got a response with in a half an hour. And before the whole hour was up someone was on their way to help. Nick was courteous, efficient and well skilled. He fixed us up quickly! I am very grateful for their assistance. I highly recommend them for any issues!
My furnace stopped working this afternoon, of course the day we are expecting the big snow storm and the day before Thanksgiving. I called Garley Heating & Cooling. They were here in about an hour. Their price to come for diagnostic was unreal (low! ) they didn't try to gouge me. The gentleman was able to repair my part and get some heat back in our house. They didn't try to get me to buy stuff I didn't need. I would highly recommend them. Great company!
