I was pulling off the highway with a flat tire. Luckily Rich happened to be right there and offered to help me out. He had me back on the road in 15 minutes, for basically nothing in cost. I couldnt have planned this any better. Super nice and professional guy.
Gardner services installed my water softener for me. Rich was quick in responding to my request for a service and was very courteous and understanding when I had some concerns, he was very helpful. I would recommend Gardner services to my friends and family.
Rich and his team were great. I needed gas piping installed from my basement into my garage for a heater and everything went very smoothly. They were here on time, very professional, walked me through the installation and even cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend Gardner for any household maintenance project.
Rich and his team responded quickly to help with all our plumbing needs following the storm. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took care of a variety of jobs that needed to be done before gas could be reinstated in our home. They were great and will be our "go-to" company for future needs. Can't thank them enough.
They installed our brand new Bosch 500 series dishwasher. I am really happy with the installation so far. The technician came on time and they were very responsive from the beginning. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Like everyone, we were impacted by the derecho. Rich offered his services to remove an 80-90 ft tree that had fallen into our yard. He had it done in no time! He removed and disposed of the shed and fences the tree had fallen on as well. He also completely took down what remained of our maple tree and used his tractor to grind up the stump. He did an excellent job cleaning up the yard when he was finished. Rich has all the tools and know how to get the job done. My wife & I would highly recommend Rich!
Rich and Clayton came out to help me fix a hydrant issue on my farm. They showed up right when Rich said he would be there and immediately diagnosed the issues. It was fixed/replaced the next day. Timely, professional, kind and knowledgable. I have pretty high anxiety, especially with electrical/plumbing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We'll be using Gardner Mechanical Services again!

We have a 19th century farmhouse that needed a new septic system. The old system's leach bed ran out into what is now our neighbors property. Rich completely re-routed all the internal plumbing to go out the opposite side of the house & had it completely ready for the septic company to hook into. He also replaced our old water pressure tank with a new one. His copper work is top notch. He added an additional water spigot outside. He is dependable to show up on time and he's conscientious of any mess he makes. Highly recommend Rich!
Very knowledgable, responsive, and professional. I had a technical issue with my water heater. A local company referred me to Rich for his expertise. Rich responded timely, performed a service call, diagnosed the problem, and provided me with options to resolve it.

Outside their normal plumbing or mechanical services, they do great tiling work too. We got quick responses and service with very satisfying results. Along with their help on our heat pump earlier last year we know to have higher expectations since even with that standard they still exceed our best guesses. They will take good care of your home or business.
My property management hired these guys to replace my shower due to the acrylic being cracked at the base. Everything was completed and done in less than a day, and looks awesome! The employees that came to replace my shower we're very formal and accommodating. Would recommend for future services ! Thanks again.

Rich does a fantastic job, I had a water heater that wasn’t working. He is knowledgeable and professional and got us working again quickly. If anything needs fixed again, I will be calling on his services again!
We were experiencing an issue with our hot water heater so I contacted Gardner Mechanical Services late in the afternoon and Rich was able to stop out first thing the next morning. It took less than 30 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem, which was fantastic. Nothing but great things to say about Rich and his business. Definitely recommend!

Rich and his team were amazing! We employed them to run a gas line for a range, water line for a fridge, water line and drain for a dishwasher, and a garbage disposal. Rich was on time with all supplies on hand. He and his team were diligently cleaning up after themselves during the whole process. He also made sure that each installation was tight and tidy even though they will be tucked behind appliances never seen. Rich kindly showed me how to turn all emergency valves on and off before leaving and guaranteed his work. We couldn't have been more assured the work was done better. Highly recommended!
