I have just had a great experience with this service and their technicians. They were timely, courteous and professional. Job was done very well. Cost was reasonable and as quoted.
Good technician but very bad support from companyVery slow service so far. Still waiting. Contacted Home Warrantee 13 days ago. Gapex called me 8 days ago. 1st appointment they cancelled. Came 7 days ago. Diagnosis: Dryer needs a new power cord. Promised fix in 1 or 2 days. 6 days later "We are having trouble finding the parts." No you aren't, because it is a power cord I could get in 10 minutes at Home Depot. Finally fixed.
