I found Galaxy through Scarsdale Moms. My room wasn't getting cold enough and he did a very thorough check of my entire system. He basically determined that the issue was a setting on my thermostat and nothing was really wrong with my system. Despite his investigation and taking the time to come to my house, he didn't even charge me for the service call. Super knowledgeable and nice.

I found Galaxy by chance when looking to install central AC in my house. Chris was extremely responsive, came the next day to give me an estimate, and his price was very reasonable. I was hesitant to install AC for years because I did not want the mess, but Chris and his team were beyond careful, clean, and left my home in spotless condition when they left each day. Truly can’t say enough good things about the experience, quality of work, and attention to detail.
My boiler stopped working. Chris came out to my house, diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. I recommend Galaxy 100% and will say there is nobody I would ever use.

Incredibly happy with their service. Our heater broke during a cold snap in February. Christopher responded to my call within a few minutes and followed up to make an appointment to be sure it was fixed as soon as possible. Skilled, timely, attentive, professional and kind, that combination of qualities is these days is rare, and greatly appreciated.
Woke up with no heat in the house. Based on other reviews, we called Galaxy Heating and Air Conditioning. Chris answered the phone right away and came to our house that same day. He worked hard to diagnose the problem and then traveled to pick up the necessary parts, came right back and fixed the problem so our heating was restored within hours on a cold day with snow flurries outside. He was professional and knowledgeable and we've already made plans to have him come back to service our air conditioning in the spring!

Our family has been using Chris for over 4 years for all our HVAC installs, repairs and maintenance. I have used a few of the larger companies out there over the years and none of them compare to Chris' expertise, craftsmanship, value and ability to problem solve. Chris gets to know the person and your system vs a different guy coming out every time with a bigger company. Recently, we moved into a new home and we didn't trust anyone else to install our system except for Galaxy. He's trustworthy and one of those professionals that treats your home as if it was his- respect. I can't recommend Chris more highly!
