Justin is a mold fashioned businessman. He is as honest as the day is long. He will not over charge you, or perform unnecessary repairs. He can be trusted, and that is a very rare trait today. We trust him explicitly with our HVAC and his prices are always competitive and fair. I frequently refer him to friends that need HVAC repairs or installation.
Justin has been absolutely amazing. I've had to call him to the house twice now. And both times he was here quickly and very polite. Yesterday I needed a whole new unit come to find out. I stressed to him I work from home and couldn't go all weekend without ac. He was back within 2 hours with the new unit and his crew stayed till dark making sure it got installed. I can't thank them enough. I will definitely recommend this company to others. A pleasure to work with!
Gaddis Air is a great small business. Very professional and knowledgeable for everything A/C. They replaced BOTH upstairs and downstairs full systems within a eight hour shift. If you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price, call Gaddis Air!

I chose Justin based on the reviews here, and I'm glad that I did. I have very little faith in the larger outfits, especially the ones that pay their "technicians" a commission, and I much prefer to support a local small business. Justin was at my house exactly when he said he would be, and he took his time examining my system, made recommendations, and made sure my AC units were ready for the upcoming summer. He actually advised me against a service that I thought I needed and explained why. He'll definitely be my go-to for any future needs on my HVAC system.
Justin is just the best!!! He is amazing at what he does and his prices are so fair. He installed my system over 2 years ago and still responds to any questions or calls immediately. He checks on the units regularly. I haven’t had a better service ever!!! I can’t say enough how much I recommend him.

When the motor on our condensing unit died and we couldn't get a call back from our regular AC repair company, so we called Gaddis Air & Heat. Justin was available and came right out. He diagnosed and replaced parts quickly. The cost was extremely reasonable. Justin was very professional, and did excellent work. We have, and will again, highly recommend Gaddis Air & Heat!
Fantastic To work with. I’ve worked with a lot of contractors in the past and I can honestly say I’ve never had a more positive experience. Price and value were excellent and you feel like you are getting much more than what you are paying for.
Justin is 100% professional in what he does! Our A/C was acting up and Justin came out assessed the problem and gave us a really reasonable price. Once he located the parts we needed to have our a/c back up in running he had it repaired and working within a couple of hours. He’s officially our A/C and heating man from now on!

Gaddis Air & Heat has impressed me time and time again over the past several years for many jobs HVAC-related... Justin and crew have been super responsive, punctual, professional, and more than fair in terms of pricing on all occasions without exception. He’s finished all work in a timely manner and on a few occasions did more work than he originally bid on without raising the final price. I truly could not be more impressed with Gaddis Air & Heat!!
