Honest and trustworthy!
I was dealing with a home warranty company for my parents home and the original technician company was a nightmare. After almost 3 weeks, our claim was reassigned and we were very lucky to get G & W Services. Within a few days, they had completed the repairs. Working through a home warranty company, that turnaround time is like a miracle. They were quick, professional, friendly. It was the great service that is rare to find nowadays. My parents were so happy with the service and I am very thankful that we now know who to call and recommend in the future.

G & W did an amazing job installing my brand new A/C, after helping me file a claim with my home warranty company. Great service, and Glenn is a true professional, who will make sure the job is done absolutely right. Highly recommend them to anyone. (Glenn even took the time to help me break the bolts off my riding lawn mower blades!) Now that’s quality service you don’t find anymore! AWESOME JOB….
My A/C went out during the first heat wave of the summer. After waiting on Conway services for five hours and ultimately being stood up I called G&W. They arrived within 1.5 hours and had my A/C back on within 30 minutes. Glenn was nice and even gave me some tips to help cool my attic. The repair included a hard start (itemized @ $150) and 2 lbs of refrigerant (itemized @ $200) bringing the total cost of the visit to $350. I don't have much experience with HVAC costs as I am a fairly new home owner but this seems reasonable considering the swiftness of their arrival and timely completion of job.
I have used G & W multiple times. Glenn always takes excellent care of us. He is honest and goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right. More than once our problem was solved the day we called. Highly recommend!
One Stop Maintenance kept us waiting on a “back ordered part” for 8 weeks during the snow storm and frigid temperatures in February. Glenn came out on a Monday to assess the situation and had the part and fixed the system on Wednesday. 2 days. Honest, responsive, professional. Never use one stop. Always call G&W Services!
If your heating and air needs repairs or replacement I highly recommend G&W services. Locally owned. Glenn was originally scheduled to come see about fixing my furnace through using American Home shield but they wouldn't cover what needed to be done. Glenn said he definitely could repair it, but there was no guarantee on how long the fix would work before it would fail again. Didn't push for a total replacement but just suggested and would do whatever job I decided. Of course we got it replaced today. He was very communicating on what he was doing and even cleaned my coils which wasn't part of the furnace replacement bc it needed it and was accessible with the old furnace out. He also rewired the thermostat to where the wires were no longer just hanging in the closet with the furnace. No extra charge on either. Very happy customer.
Glenn can to repair my heater through my home warranty company he told me it was my fault that it was not working and that the warranty would not cover it so I payed him to repair it out of pocket and less than 2 weeks later the same thing was happening with the unit and I tried to get it touch with him and when I found him he told me to call my warranty company and when I told him I payed him out of pocket and now it's not working he still told me he fixed it and I still need to call the warranty company so I call another company to come and they told me that the switch that G&W said they installed was not installed the switch that was on the unit was not a new one so please don't waste your money on G&W
Amazing! He worked with our awful home warranty company and was able finally get it resolved. He was the fifth contactor they sent and the only one that followed up. He should always be their first choice. He was fast, reliable, and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
Great expeditious service. Glen was able to come out the same day I called. I had my Trane furnace blower motor replaced. It was done within an hour.
