Future Heating did an install for me for a great price . The install was done right and at a fair price . I have also had them do repair work on another furnace. I was satisfied with the service and price . They are fast friendly and reasonable.
Very professional and on time! They did very well on my job! Prices were reasonable too. I would definitely recommend them.
Future is such a great company! Don always answers when I call and arrives promptly to address any issues. He has great prices and a great crew. He is very friendly and it has been a pleasure to have him service our home!
Don't let the couple of negative reviews scare you. Don Alexander and his crew were recommended to us by a realtor friend. Because they work mostly for realtors, they didn't come up in our online searches for HVAC Services. We were lucky to learn of them and have nothing but praise!! The estimate was very reasonable; the installation scheduled quickly, the crew showed up in about 5 trucks and installed a Trane heat pump system for my elderly mother in 1 1/2 days! I mean, they did not mess around!! And everyone was courteous. This was a NEW installation for the furnace/heat pump portion, which required extra work to access the crawlspace, and they replaced the moldy part of the duct work in the crawlspace. I gotta say, go with the experienced local people! We have had a contract with Peterman Brothers (reviewed elsewhere), and boy was that a disappointment by comparison. Thank you, Don & Co.
I originally contacted Don Alexander on Tuesday March 9, 2021 about fixing my furnace and A/C wiring. On March 9th at approx. 3pm Tim came out to look at the wiring to see if he would be be to re hook the wires up correctly to run the furnace and A/C. Tim stated he could March 11th, 2021 at 9:39am Tim left a message on my phone. I did not see the missed call and left message until 10:14am in which I called Tim back and he wanting to come over to work on the furnace and central air. About 45 minutes later he arrived at my house March 12th, 2021 I called Tim at 9:50 am to see when he was coming back. Tim didn't call but ended up showing up installed a new piece and worked on the wiring. but was unable to get the Furnace and A/C running. Tim stated I owed him $75 so I paid him $75 with a check and that he would be back. March 16th, 2021 I sent a text to Tim asking him if he had got ahold of Don about finishing the wiring. I never received a reply back. March 18th, 2021 Tim came out to finish the repairs, stating he was waiting on a piece to come in so he could finish. He was having issues with getting the Heat and central air to work when needed. Though he could make the central air run manually but not with the Furnace hooked up. At the End of the day, Tim said he would have to get Don to come out and look at the wiring as he knew more than Tim did. I said ok and he stated I owed $175, I gave him $200 cash as he didn't have change so I told him to just tell his boss I have a $25 credit. March 18th 2021 I sent a text to Don asking if there was a day that he would be coming over to finish the wiring as Tim could not get the central air to kick in with the settings. He was though able to make it run but not with the furnace hooked up. As I was unaware that Tim was coming back. March 19th, 2021 I called and left a voicemail on Tim's number about having Don come out to finish. I heard No reply for Tim. March 23rd, 2021 at 11:39am I called Don Alexander and left him a mess
We had Future install four new HVAC units on our building over two years ago. Three worked perfectly, the fourth would not cool. After several attempts to contact them, Don Alexander (owner) looked at the defective unit and said the compressor was bad and would need to be replaced. Several months passed - nothing. When we contacted him he said we would have to wait until spring for them to replace the unit. In the spring, they wouldn't return any of our calls or messages. We have been trying for several months now and even sent a certified letter (which he signed for). After spending over $50,000 on new units, we now need to take legal action to get them to stand by their work. If you decide to use Future.... BEWARE!!
