Good people
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I had them come out to give me a quote on cleaning my A-coil. He quoted around $300, so I agreed to have the maintenance done. He took the cover off the coil, looked at it and said it doesn’t need it. The cost to look at it, around an hour on site….$252. He did nothing to it. I had an entire system installed in a different house about 15 years ago by Futch and I can tell you it was an awesome experience. I’m guessing the founder of the company is no longer there, he was getting up in age. It’s a shame that a company can become this (greedy)in such a short period of time. I will be purchasing a new system within the year, I will not be calling Futch.
We purchased a new built and Futch had done the installation after our first night in the house we noticed the fan will stay on even wen set to off on the thermostat. I called futch and right away I had a technician in my house his name is Jared very professional,Friendly and went above and beyond. Very satisfied with his knowledge thank you sir for everything you did in my house I would recommend Futch and definitely will be using them again!
We purchased our home in 2016. Since then we have had numerous issues with the AC and heat starting the first year. We called tonight and of course no answer. Terrible!
Called after hours for service as I arrived home in the evening to a cold house in January. Quickly diagnosed the problem and got the heat back on! Then promptly returned the next day with needed replacement part. Friendly, knowledgeable service.

First time I used them. Came out and explained everything they did and showed me the issue I had. Happy with the results and the technion that performed the work. They will be my fo to people!
Brand new home. Here less than a week outside ac unit will not work. We called and there are so many people in the new neighborhood with the same type problem. Someone needs fired. Ridiculous company

After a power outage late in the night left us with an AC unit that wasn’t working, Pete for our here quickly, got us serviced and helped bring us to date with the unit, as we just took ownership approximately two months prior with no info on the unit. He was very professional, quick to get the job done, and had our house cooling down in no time! We will gladly use them again for any future HVAC services and will be happily recommending them!
Poor service and contradictory stories. Different technicians came out at different times for my newer AC unit and each tech has a different story of what's going on. Nevertheless, the bill keeps growing and the problems still exist. My house is luke an inferno and I am over it with this company! Very frustrating. Even the charges quoted aren't even the same! Plus, I do have a problem with someone smoking a cigarette while at my house performing a service. It's tacky, rude and unprofessional.
Extremely disappointed in the service provided by Futch Heating & Air. We called the company because they were the original installers in our 4 year old home. The tech arrived at 4:15 even though the window of time he was set to arrive be was 12-3. I had to call the company at 3:00 just to make sure someone was still coming out. I understand some jobs take longer than others so the tech showing up late didn’t bother me. As soon as the tech arrived he said he doubts he can fix my problem since it was already late in the day. Mind you he hadn’t even looked at our AC unit. He was extremly rude. You could clearly tell he did not want to work. He was aggravated that our unit was in the attic. He found that the pan was full of water and it felt like he was complaining about it instead of trying to tell us what the issue was and what caused the pan to fill. He drained our pan and added more Freon to it but said he doesn’t know if there is a leak or not and that we would need to make another appointment to get someone out to check for a leak. We asked numerous questions about what the issue was and he didn’t care to explain any of it. I doubt he knew what he was doing. Three days later our AC is out again! I called a different company and they discovered we had a clogged drain and that we had way too much Freon in our system!! I will never use or recommend Futch to anyone!

tech came to our house, spent five minutes diagnosing the problem, said it was a "loose connection" which he fixed. Then charged us another $80 on top of the charge for the diagnosis. That night the problem began again. When he returned he spent five minute looking and said we need a new control board and would let us know when it comes in. My husband is mechanical engineer and finally had time to spend looking at the unit. The control board is fine. It is low on pressure. It is part of the standard diagnostic procedures to check this. The steps are listed in the manual we printed off from a google search. Either the tech was incompetent or he was lying. Either way we are going to get our money back and never use this company (they installed the unit as this is a 2 yr old new build) again.
Just bought a brand new home and have asked this company to please fix the AC that runs on its own unit upstairs in my daughters living quarters. She has had to move out of the house 3 times. Ball homes needs to seriously reconsider using this company any longer.
