Thorough, competent, and they don’t try to screw you over for money. They are also the only company I could find who actually knew how to fix the issues with my split unit AC. Will only work with these guys for as long as I’m in NYC

My experience with Fusion was 100% positive. The refrigerator was fixed properly. (It had stopped cooling.) Nick the tech. knew what he was doing and was communicative and pleasant. He also arrived early. The price was fair.

WARNING: Worst HVAC contractors in the country. They installed all the units wrong, told the electrician to install wrong cables, didn't install proper drainage, and stole tens of thousands of dollars. These guys are incompetent crooks.
Washer wouldnt drain on a Saturday, and i was thinking i wouldnt be able to get it fixed until Monday. They had a Saturday opening and gave me a 2 hour window of 12-2 and arrived right at noon. Quick work and out. Alex was very pleasant, knowledgeable and made quick work of it. Would recommend.
