Another appliance repair company misdiagnosed my dryer problem -- told me it was an electrical issue. Electrician came out and said it wasn't electrical, so I called Fuse. They identified the problem (sensor) and fixed it on a Saturday at no extra charge for weekend service. Very happy and will definitely call them the next time I have a broken appliance.
Highly highly highly recommend FUSE.They get here quickly and repair everything and have great pricing. They have gotten me out of a few pinches.

Technician arrived when expected. Friendly and courteous and very forthright and knowledgeable. No charge for the initial visit and diagnosis. The quote for parts and service was reasonable and another appointment has been scheduled.

The company was very responsive and was able to schedule an appointment for me right away. The technician he was very professional and courteous. Our dryer needed a new heater, and he had it back up and running within 20 minutes. He even vacuumed out the dryer and laundry room for me. Great customer service which is so rare to find these days.

The tech was awesome!!! He made sure I understand everything in detail. And what he was doing next. After diagnosis, he realized that my system was clogged in the air pipes and water wasn't draining. He was in and out in an hour. It took him no time. will use them again for sure.

Very professional team. They were quick to answer all my calls and have fix my AC issues promptly. I had a capacitor problem and hard start kit and they got it solved in a short period of time. I would really appriciate now done for me.
