Love the Monkey!!!!
Furnace monkey did an amazing job and were very professional. Installed our brand new furnace and it works wonderful. Highly recommend.
I had a great experience with Furnace Monkey. They arrived on time, respected my home, updated me on the inspection of my furnace and humidifier, and the price was reasonable! It's hard to find honest companies but this is one of them! I highly recommend Furnace Monkey.
Amazing! I called and was greeted promptly and professionally. He listened to my issue on an old Luxaire furnace. Diagnosed the problem over the phone. Had me go downstairs- and told me how to fix it. Was the fix simple? Yes. But in an age where too many companies take your money. Furnace Monkey was honest, straight forward, and helped me out. He could absolutely of come over and charged me to solve this problem and he didn't. When something does go wrong. I will definitely call in the future. Thanks for the amazing customer service.
Very communicative and professional. The install of our new furnace was very quick but done well, along with a few other safety issues that weren't part of the original install but handled at no extra cost. I would recommend them in future for the friendly, competent service provided.
Greg has been working with our family for three years now. Helped us do a quick install of an ac and furnace when my wife was pregnant. We worried the furnace wouldn't make it through the winter. He was professional, on time, and very well priced. He took the time to explain everything to us and made us feel very comfortable. Since then we have referred him three times and each time our friends have thanked us for the referral. Without hesitation I would refer Greg and furnance monkey.
Awesome experience! Highly recommend this business. Technician called before arrival and was right on time. Thoroughly tested everything and gave me plenty of helpful tips to keep the house cooler in the summer. Knowledgeable, professional and does things the right way! I'll be calling again this fall to service my furnace for winter.

Greg is highly professional, and well educated on furnace technology. A highly personable person who takes the time to explain what a problem is and how to go about fixing it. We were very impressed with his work ethic, and will use him for furnace needs going forward. He helped us get our home comfortable again by diagnosing a broken humidifier, and installing a new one.
Responded on a Sunday ... texted back and forth and then came on site for a quick fix ... explained exactly what he was doing, and updated me while he was repairing ...highly recommended

Greg is awesome! I got a referral from a friend and I called him on a Sunday after turning my furnace on for the first time for the heating season. It was making an awful squealing noise from the draft inducer motor. The furnace worked and he assured me it still safe so I wasn't in a huge rush (plus the weather was still nice). He showed up on-time on the scheduled day. The repair cost was very reasonable. I also asked him to estimate replacement since the entire system was 20 years old. The replacement was also reasonable. I felt like I had a win-win situation. I went ahead with the entire replacement. Greg gave me a package deal for replacing everything (including a humidifier) at the same time. Install was a 2 day job, Gregg showed up promptly at 8:30 both days and worked HARD the entire time he was here. Both him and his helper wore masks and i felt super safe even though we were in the middle of a pandemic (I'm the type that doesn't leave their house except emergencies). Both were very professional and quiet as a mouse (except for the expected construction noises). Throughout the entire process Greg explained EVERYTHING and was always open for questions and concerns. He was also accommodating, allowing a 2 hour window where gas/water would be on for my wife to shower after her work shift. Greg is very thorough and is all about building relationships with his customers. While doing a leak test on the new furnace he could still smell gas. It turns out I had a gas leak on the supply line to the tank-less hot water heater (not installed by Greg, been here a few years). Greg fixed it at no cost without hesitation. All the new duct work was sealed with both silicone AND tape. All the latest practices, tools and equipment were used. The work site was super clean when he was done. The old AC refrigerant was properly collected and disposed. When he was all done he walked us through the job, explaining how everything worked and the required maintenance for each componen

I recently had Furnace Monkey install a new Ruud furnace and air conditioner in my home. From the initial meeting, estimate and installation I could not be any more pleased. Greg Morris the owner simply did everything right starting with great advice on equipment choices, an excellent installation experience and very fair pricing. But I was most impressed with Greg’s honesty and integrity. Let’s face it, in the HVAC industry there are many companies that take advantage of their customers but Greg is the exact opposite, instead choosing to treat his customers with candor, fairness and honesty.

Greg came to check out our AC unit within a day of me calling him. He was professional and extreme knowledgeable. AC unit is back up and running and we know what to expect for the future (it’s an older unit) as well as some helpful tips to get the most of out of our unit. Greg was recommended to me and I can’t recommend him enough for anyone in need of repair or replacement! We will certainly be using Furnace Monkey for all our future HVAC issues!
I have been using Greg for the past couple of years when I have needed tune ups for my A/C and/or furnace. I decided, with the recommendation from Greg, to replace both my A/C and furnace. Greg was extremely fair with the price and even included putting a liner in my chimney for my hot water exhaust, replacing and moving the exhaust for the furnace and including a new pump for the furnace! I could not recommend Greg more for ANY of your heating or cooling needs. He is fair, nice and professional and will make sure everything is done correctly the first time!

Greg cared about the fact that I had no heat and had my two grandchildren here with the flu. He came out within the hour and took care of everything while providing lots of educational tips on maintaining my system and how to properly change the filter. I will definitely call him again and highly recommend him.
