Kevin was incredible! He was at my house within an hour of me calling, and it was on a Sunday during a 104 degree day. I can’t thank Kevin and his team enough for getting our AC working!
I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for. At first contact, I thought this sounds a tad expensive (I’m also 46 and everything is expensive to my older man mentality). However, they were super friendly, extremely fast, and VERY professional. The repair technician could have EASILY told me I needed a whole new condenser since my copper line blew out and this could cause SO many additional problems. He took pictures, informed me of the problem, repaired the problem, and got us up and running in less than a couple hours. So, my initial mentality that this was a tad pricey was completely obliterated by the service and professionalism of fulldraw mechanical. Period. 10 out of 10 will use again and 10 out of 10 will recommend as often as possible!
Kevin came out to do an estimate for us. He was very professional and thorough. He explained everything to us so we could understand it all. I felt comfortable with Kevin and did not feel like he was trying to upsell anything or take advantage of us. I felt he was very trustworthy and had fair pricing.
Fulldraw was great to work with, they had someone out to my house within an hour of our phone call. Technician was polite and quickly started diagnosing my issue. He answered all of my questions and gave me a great rundown of what was going on and got my furnace back in working shape.
Great job came out twice during recent snowstorm (Feb 2021) to repair my furnace!
The owner has serviced my HVAC for 3 years. He’s done a great job keeping everything running in top shape. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know.
