Jim is our guy he has taken care of us we bought new furniture and air conditioning unit and just replaced our hot water heater great price and great service comes out so fast and very reliable and would not call anyone but Jim cotton. Thank you for the best service and taking care of us.
Jim quickly identified our furnace's broken blower motor and had it replaced the morning the new one got delivered. He also walked me through some failure scenarios I should watch out for given the model and age of the unit. Great service and communication at a competitive price.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with this great company this past week. They were terrific and very efficient. When my village inspector came out to certified the work, he was amazed at the great work and precise work that was done. I would highly recommend Full Force for any work.

Jim and Billy were fantastic. Jim gave us a great deal and worked with our schedule for installing of new furnace and A/C system. He was very knowledgeable and also diagnosed and corrected some incorrect venting and some electrical issues to make everything safe for our family. Everything was done very professionally. Full Force is our "go to" for HVAC service. We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Full Force. Jim is extremely punctual, fast, thourough, professional and honest. We have been using them for years now. Have no plans of switching to someone else. Absolutely not! Why rock the boat when you've got the best!

I am consistently happy with the work Full Force Air has provided. Most recently they replaced our furnace and water heater, as well as cleaning up some of the unnecessary piping in our sewer stack. They have also consistently set an appointment with us for having the furnace maintained/cleaned on a regular basis.
I called Jim about an issue with my HVAC as I was hearing a strange noise coming from it. Jim was on-time and listened to my concerns with the noise. He did a thorough check of my HVAC system and determined the issue to not be with my system but most likely having to do with a system in the units below my condo. Jim then did seasonal maintenance to my heating system and we chatted about next times for seasonal maintenance for my a/c. He was very professional. I will definitely be calling again in the spring/summer!
Jim was awesome, contacted him after 8pm and he was here the next morning and had my washer pipes in working order in no time. Thank You Jim! Awesome Service!!!
Jim is a life saver. Hvac unit broke down during the coldest days of the year but Jim was able to fix it in a timely fashion. I highly recommend full force heating and air conditioning
