We are very satisfied with their work. An appointment was scheduled and they arrived on time. That leaves a lot to be said. Froostys Heating & Cooling are very professional with their work. They told me at 6am and at 6am they were arriving at my house since they arrived. They explained all the work that was I would, they told me that it would take 5 to 6 hours to finish and it was finished on time, a professional job and extraordinary cleaning. There are many AC companies but none like this. Many thanks to Froosty for his extraordinary work.
I had the best experience today had a HAVAC system installed Chastity and Robert were amazing, helpful and knowledgeable. Frosty heating and Cooling did a great job cleaned up went through everything about the energy efficient system with me. I have been without an AC for 6 months now and I need ear muffs it is so cool in my home.

Frosties… I will first start by saying your “apology” is absolutely unprofessional and proves one of our points. You were not there. I’ve never known any professional company to NOT have booties prior to coming into a customers home. Especially at ones request. When asked to were booties Cliff didn’t even try to get them on his foot. He barely lifted his leg and seemed annoyed at our request to where booties which we provided. Those booties fit multiple sizes way larger than his foot as we know for a fact because they’ve been supplied and used by larger people. And There was a disconnect between the two techs and your office and to the home warranty company. You texted us rather than call us only after we followed up with your office after a week of non response from you. Your text indicated that the tech who told us we may have an issue was new and still learning and that you and Cliff didn’t seem to think anything was wrong. If Cliff would have come in maybe he would have seen something different than the other tech. But you also texted us saying no one told you about any evaporator coil issue. You assumed we’d be paying using a warranty program solely but all we wanted was a proper diagnosis/thorough check of our ac systems and to discuss what our options were for repair. I’m so glad we’re not using you and hope you upgrade your customer service training so that other customers get a more professional/quality care service minus the attitude and false information.
Terrible company/service/communication! Bottom line, they don’t want to do the work let alone a proper inspection. They put the blame on another tech (who was actually great) AND Cliff needs to retire! (Not personable and seems too bothered to do anything)Save yourself time and money and hire a professional/competent AC company who will offer solutions instead of excuses.
I have older house, they seemed to have no interest in doing anything. even told me what they could do, but probably couldn't get parts and suggested I call someone else.
Cliff is very friendly and knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly and efficiently.
Clean and efficient
I bought an entire system from these good people a few years back. Unfortunately, whoever designed my home put the vent in the laundry room and it sucks up lint even when I try real hard for it not to. That is not Frosty's fault, but it happens that I have needed them to come out and maintain my central H/A unit. First off, the unit works well to cool the space I have. Second, when I call them, they are there as soon as possible. I just had reason for them to come out on their scheduled day off, and they did it... NOT leaving my family to fend off the Florida summer heat. We will not be using another service. I also like that my money is going to support a family business, husband and wife team. Thanks, guys. I appreciate you so much!
5 star service from start to finish. There are times when you happen across a company that rises above and beyond all the others, and Frosty's in Interlachen is that company. Maureen provided amazing customer service, endless advice for anything I asked, and helped me find my way to what I wanted. Cliff is incredibly efficient and so knowledgeable about everything HVAC related and beyond. His advice was priceless. His estimate was spot on. Fair prices and excellent service. I would recommend that you forget getting multiple opinions and estimates like I did, save yourself a ton of time and money, just pick up the phone and give this air conditioning and heating company a call. You will not be disappointed. I was thrilled.

Will never use or recommend them. They are shady, showed up for there $75 inspection was here for 5 min then reported false info to my warranty company. Now having to pay out of pocket. Do not trust this company.
Replaced our old Air conditioner with a new Trane in record time! Call them. Price is excellent!

Easy to work with. Knew exactly what was wrong with my unit and fixed it right. If your A/C is down and it’s summer, they will come out ahead of maintenance appointments so you don’t have long to wait. Reasonably priced.
