We have used Frost air for 3 years. MJay is always good about following up and making sure our A/C is working throughout the year. He is always reasonable and very well priced. We are glad to recommend him to our friends. He completed a tough job recently for us replacing a drip pan. The A/C unit had to be carefully lifted by a whole team and reassembled. He left the job site clean and followed up with me multiple times to make sure it was running well. He is not like the big companies who try and charge you for every little thing. He is reasonable and very honest

There is nothing more stressful to a home owner than went the AC unit goes out. It’s even more stressful when you are about to put your house up for sale. Thankfully we were referred to M Jay and with Frost Air LLC. M Jay showed up the same day, on a Sunday! Looked at our problem, didn’t give us any run around on what we needed to do to fix our issue and was straightforward with pricing. He got us a new unit the next days and it was installed and up and running in 48 hrs. M Jay was always about doing the job right and has every fair pricing. No nickel and dime price for every different service, like the big corporate companies. He came out for no charge and presented on estimate for the whole job. I’m so grateful for M Jay and his team working hard and being considerate of maintaining our timeline to sell our house as well. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing AC/Heating services.
MJ is very kind and professional. He doesn't over charge or try to gouge you for services. He is honest and just takes care of what needs to be done. This is my second time having him in my home and I will definitely be using him again in the future.
After our 3.5-ton AC unit failed, and our 2.5-ton desperately needing repairs, I contacted Mr. Jay as per a colleague. He was very professional and receptive on the phone which right away gave me a good feeling I reached the right HVAC person! From day one, he was very courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. He explained what needed to be done. I didn’t feel pressured, but at the same time realized both our AC units, evaporators, plenums, and one furnace needed to be replaced. In short, we received top-of-the-line AC units (Trane), a heater, freon line repair, new ducts, and a new vent in our kitchen area. This installation-repair-overhaul could have been a ton of more money, but Mr. Jay was able to keep costs down! Any other company would have charged 5X as much! Most of all, he always came on time, explained beforehand what he was doing, constantly supervised his techs, and stepped in during complicated or specific tasks. My wife and I are highly satisfied with the overall installation and new equipment! I highly recommend Frostair (Mr. Jay) for ALL of your HVAC needs! —Gary Novick
I came home from a walk and felt like my house didn’t give that same refreshing cool air sensation I’m used to. I checked the thermostat and found it had creeped up close to 80 degrees even though it was set at 72. Checked the attic and outdoor unit, both seemed to be on. I called Frostair and MJ was over within an hour on a Friday afternoon! He came up immediately with the correct tools and got to work. He quickly identified the problem as the compressor or capacitor and had an extra capacitor for testing. In less than 10 minutes he found the issue was the capacitor despite no visible signs of wear & tear and our AC was running again! He’s very professional and personable, also makes consistent recommendations on how to prepare to avoid loosing your AC. I wasn’t sure if the AC was cooling again at first and called MJ back, he came back in 20 min and demonstrated everything was working just fine. He had the needed parts in his van, got us up and running quickly and easily and was at a very fair price!
I was referred to Frost Air LLC, and owner Jay, by a friend of my wife. We had received an estimate to replace our A/C system from another contractor, but thought the price was too high. Jay’s price estimate was a fraction of the other bid so we chose his company to do the replacement. The new equipment was installed quickly. All the work and materials were first rate and his team was very professional. Jay took the time to explain the entire process and helped us choose the right solution for our home. Even with the current supply chain issues and shortage of equipment, Jay was able to locate the right equipment for us and install it flawlessly. Our system is running smoothly and cools better than before. I will now call Jay and Frost Air for all my future heating and air conditioning needs. He is now our “go to” contractor and I would recommend him to anyone who what’s the most value when in need of an HVAC service provider. Thanks Jay for a job well done!
MJ and crew installed two new a/c units and their associated furnaces for me in the middle of a hot Texas summer in difficult conditions. MJ is honest and works hard to insure that your system is working and installed correctly and provides the best value by far for new a/c units. None of the other companies that bid our job even came close to Frost Air in price even for the same make and model of equipment. Frost Air is our new “go to” air conditioning company and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
Frostair Refridgeration is a quality, reputable, and professional company that will take care of your repairs or installation. My AC fan motor was squealing so I contacted Mr. J and he stated the motor needed to be replaced so prior to the fan seizing up in the 100 degree heat he came to my rescue. Thank you Mr. J for your prompt and honest service. Most importantly your 2 day follow up making sure your AC unit did not have any other issues. We have used MJ on several projects and repairs since 2021. We have had 2 complete HVAC systems installed as well as 2 water heaters installed. We have been very satisfied with all. MJ is one of the hardest working gentlemen we have come across in the industry. He does not pressure you or try to upsell. He sells you what you need and does so at a fair price. When you have an issue, he responds quickly and works you into his schedule quickly as well. He communicates any delays or supply issues in a timely manner so you are not waiting needlessly. He is very knowledgable, dependable, considerate, honest and a pleasure to work with. We will continue to use MJ at Frostair for all of our HVAC and water heating needs!
This is the best company to call on a hot Texas day when your AC system goes out! My system needed service and within 2 hours of notifying Mr Jay my AC was running and it was cold! MJ Is awesome!!! Very professional, fantastic pricing & great service. We had 7 1/2 ton commercial Trane units installed at a great price. Our total installation was around 100k, a lot better than the other quotes we were given. We highly recommend Frostair Refrigeration LLC.

Jay came out and took care of us the same day we called. He was able to do the repair while here. We had some burnt wires that needed to be replaced. He was very personable and came to me through a mutual friend who referred him to me.
Frostaire installed my A/C in 2013 and did an excellent job. They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Throughout the last 9 years, they have performed scheduled maintenance and service calls with perfessionalism and efficiency. They are currently replacing the coil on my unit. They are doing a great job and I will recommend them to anyone needing A/C work. FROSTAIRE IS THE BEST!
