Had Chris and his employees do pool work for us. Terrible customer service from his employees. His guys doing the work were extremely rude and wouldn’t talk to me at all during the process. Took them months to do what should have been done in days. Once the plumbing was done for the pool (plumbing for filter and pump), there is a leak on the pvc piping. Called and texted Chris multiple times for multiple weeks, and he says it will be a priority for him. Been about 3 weeks, and still hasn’t been fixed. Very sloppy work with the pvc piping and the epoxy(pics included). The filter itself doesn’t even work. Looks like it was installed backwards and hasn’t been working since it was completed (3 weeks and counting) I’m only leaving a bad review here because he keeps promising that he will fix everything and he hasn’t showed up. Very frustrating and very disappointing.
Excellent customer service, and fair pricing! We are new to the area. They got us in right away for a cooler startup. The techs were very friendly and helpful. We will be using them again for sure. Thanks!
They do a great job and are very professional. I gave three stars rather than 4 or 5, because we needed a new system and they never gave us a quote that was promised two different times.
A service tech arrived at our home yesterday from Frontline. He took the panels off the unit twice. He was up on the roof twice but never did fix anything. Before he arrived we had 50% air flow around the house. After h left we had NO AIRFLOW inn our home. I spoke with the owner he promised to have someone else come out and fix the unit today. When no on came by 1pm I called again and he promised someone would be here after 3pm. Again it was a no show. We paid there fee but received no service. We intend to have another company come tomorrow, repair the until and to seek reimbursement from Frontline. Be careful before you let someone tinker with your home maintenance The second air conditioning company found the unit was unplugged. BE VERY CAREFUL DEALING WITH FRONTLINE.

Chris has worked on a gas station and apartment units for us. He installed new heating and cooling units and is now maintenancing other units. He is professional reliable.

Family has taken reighs. Great improvement. Best value for service in town. He had an 18 hour job only to find all lines to refrigerated unit were clogged, being prepared to pay a bundle, our bill was Las than $300. Not your ordinary guy . Bravo for honesty and dedication. It was 110° outside.
Heating unit wasn’t working well and had a gentleman named James come out within 30 minutes of call and had the unit heating properly. Highly recommending company! Thank you Frontline!

Total rip-off. I do not know much about air conditioning so when he gave me the bid I just asked him if it would cool my trailer. He said "oh yea, it will cool it right down for you". After he got it installed it would run continuously all day and my trailer inside got hotter and hotter. On a 95% day about the best it would do is 84%. I called and told him so two days he sent his man who gave reason after reason, I needed insulated curtins, I needed to leave all my inside doors open. Now he will not answer his phone when I call. I should have just thrown out my $4000. BEWARE of this rip-off contractor.
