I regret going through this irresponsible company through AHS for my water heater, which is under warranty until 2026. They do not return calls, always you get voice message without return. I am still waiting for them since 5/24/23 and day is 6/7/23. worst company ever. I wished i could rate them minus 10. Fatemeh Mousavi
***Beware****do not patronize this plumbing company. They stood me up when I made an appointment through the warranty company. Alex visited my home the next day, proceeded to try to diagnose the issue, cut the drywall and left. Alex claimed that he needed to obtain authorization to proceed with the repairs, and then he disappeared. No phone calls, no updates, no follow up. The most unpleasant experience with a plumbing company. AHS claimed to have reached out to Frontline and Alex still did not follow up with me, meanwhile, I still had an active leak. It’s one week later and I have not heard from Alex. Keisha, the office manager did not return phone calls either. Do not do business with this firm.
Technician came out to look at my hot water heater which had stopped working. Tech visually inspected unit for 2 minutes and was at my house a total of 6 minutes, told me there was nothing they could do but replace it. Took 3 business days to submit his report to my home warranty company. The tech wrote that it was missing parts and that there was calcium build up. So my claim was denied. Not sure how you can tell that when you didn’t do anything but stare at the exterior of a 2 year old water heater that looks perfectly fine. Would not use or recommend.
VERY PROFESSIONAL AND EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! Alex was probably one of the most incompetent and lackadaisical technicians I have ever met. Alex respond to the house and barely did any work. Would never recommend this company to anyone based off of him.I had a water heater that passed all inspections in order to purchase the house. In order to get out of doing any work he determined the issue to be a pre existing condition. Just a lazy job which reflects a lazy company.
Plumber came out to repair toilets. He repaired two out of three toilets and advised he would come back to repair the remaining toilet and never came back. I made call after call and the plumber never responded. I tipped him well and had to contract with another plumber to complete the job. I will NEVER use this company again!
I have American Home Shield coverage, Alex came to the house on time, fixed my toilet by replacing the mechanism in the tank. Then checked my water heated, suggested I need a filter attached to the water heater. Then sent in the paper work to American Home Shield so I can get reimbursed for the broken water heater.
