Jerry was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We have worked with Front Range for years now and have loved every employee of theirs that we have interacted with. They have always delivered wonderful service and done excellent work.
I wasn’t going to write a review, but after thinking about my experience and wishing I had seen at least one review like mine, I decided to share. We had 2 companies come out to walk our new AC install job and provide estimates. After reviewing their BBB profile, Google reviews, and Facebook page, we felt confident in moving forward with Front Range HVAC. We couldn’t have been more wrong… Our “1-day” job turned in to a 4-day saga of late nights, subpar workmanship, and no proactive communication from the company’s leadership. The ONLY time I spoke to or heard from the company’s President is when I asked the person on the job to call him in front of me. Then when the install was finally done, our terrible experience continued when trying to schedule the inspection. A rude woman called me twice in a row and texted me during work hours to schedule the inspection the following day. I said that would be impossible since we’d have to be home all day. We agreed that the following Friday would be fine. On inspection day, after waiting for 4 hours, I called and found out the inspection was never scheduled. I’ve left out many details for brevity. Bottom line: I absolutely would NOT recommend Front Range HVAC to anyone.
Jerry was friendly and completed the work to pass the inspection for our new furnace and a/c we purchased from them.
Jeff did an excellent job and he was very considerate.

Angel was very informative and professional! Angel went beyond by researching the parts which needed updating/installed for our unit by providing the parts and even the best brand to reach to. My husband and I were impressed and we'll def use Front Range HVAC to install the parts when we're ready. Def recommend!! Def a 1970 unit, which sucks but it was def educational.

Mr. Kissell performed maintenance on the boiler in my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt confident he knew precisely what he was doing. He arrived on time and reported that the boiler is in good working order. I found Mr Kissell to be very personable.
We have been using Front Range for a number of years. They have always taken good care of us and Jerry the tech was top notch. We do an annual AC checkup before summer to ensure the unit is ready to go. Jerry is newer to the company and was very knowledgeable, he took the time to show us some additional features of our smart thermostat that we didn’t know we had. So the AC is good to go and we now know about additional features we didn’t know before.
Front range is great, they are always helpful and responsive. They always help keep my furnace and AC working, and help guide which maintenance I can do myself.
Everyone we dealt with at Front Range HVAC was awesome. We needed a new a/c install (which involved some electrical work as well) and a furnace replacement. The office ladies Cymone and Tiffany were very pleasant and helpful with information and scheduling. Rob came out and did the estimate and he was great. Very knowledgeable and really took the time to explain everything. Of the five estimates we got, Rob's was the most comprehensive and we knew exactly what to expect. Isaiah, Jeff, and Jeremiah were our installers and they also did a great job. They worked very hard and it was evident they knew their stuff. Very friendly and professional. The electricians Anthony and Parker did a great job too. When the project was done, Jeff and Jeremiah walked us through everything making sure all of our questions were answered and we knew how to operate our new system. From start to finish dealing with Front Range was a pleasure and they made the whole project seemless! Thanks everyone!
They always do am amazing job!! We're members, so they are here every 6 months do clean and fire up the systems. Professional, courteous, and knowledgeable! Only reason for the 4 stars is because, my gosh, always trying to sell you on additional services. Once you tell the tech no, then someone calls you to try to sell the same additional services.
