I called and spoke to Michael when my heat wasn't getting up to temp. Michael said he could come by later but took the time to walk me through some basic repairs. I even sent him a pic of my board, and he took the time to send me detailed instructions that got the job done (clean the igniter rod).Thanks again, Michael S.

I called 2 weeks ago to have my furnace at work looked at before winter hits. we scheduled my appt for Sept 30th at 9 am. No one showed up for my appt. I called and left messages trying to find out what happened and if I could reschedule and no response. This company is not very professional at all if they cant even call customers to let them know they wont be showing up for a scheduled appt.

He canceled and rescheduled he showed up in cut off sweat pants. A sweatshirt that had prices of food sticking to it. He must own a comb. It looked like he just crawled out of bed. He would email a estimate later that day. This the third day and a estimate has never been emailed. If your looking honest quality then go somewhere else.

Today I had need to connect with Friendly Heating, and spoke with Mike. My issue was that I had just purchased a NEST thermostat, and Friendly is a recommended installer. I could not have asked for better help in working through my problem, and even though we determined that the thermostat would not work in my application, Mike was so helpful that he would be the first person I would call if I needed service. By the way, the NEST thermostat is a fabulous device, so if you don't have a compatibility problem like me, call Mike at Friendly and get one installed.

Absolutely fantastic, prompt service. I really appreciate how Michael thoroughly explained not only what was wrong, but how things worked. As a new home owner, this is very beneficial, since I don't really know anything about heating/cooling. I once had a furnace problem in the middle of winter. Friendly Heating & Cooling was very fast in getting here to resolve the problem. I couldn't recommend Friendly Heating & Cooling enough!

Last night our furnace went out. I called Friendly Heating and spoke with Mike. I described what was happening to the furnace and he was able to come over and check it out. About 15 minutes after his arrival he found the problem and provided us with some options for repair. He repaired the furnace with in a 1/2 hour and sure enough we had heat. I found Mike to be friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I really like how he was able to explain the problem in terms that we could easily understand. For an after hours service call i found the price reasonable and was happy to have heat again.
