Made appointment with them 6 weeks ago, the Guys showed up on time and very professional with their jobs. They cared about my house’s cleaning and very detailed. They got their work done for my 2 stories house in 3 hours with dryer vent cleaning free. We are feeling so fresh now. Highly recommend this company. They deserve a big tips because of their hard work and fantastic customer care

I contacted a few other companies before I spoke with Mary at FreshAir Systems none were comparable to her knowledge and excellent customer service. When the team arrived to do the work they were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and went so far beyond my best expectations I am so thankful I chose them. I just do not have the time or adequate words to convey how terrific the experience was. Just know that their service was worth every penny and more.
We’re so happy we called Fresh Air Systems! Our home hadn’t had its air ducts cleaned in over a decade and it needed it. The team showed up on time and were completely professional throughout their work in our home. This might be crazy to say and the air coming out of our HVAC system felt cleaner after they left. No more sneezing constantly! Thank you team.
The family team at Fresh air systems is exactly what a dependable, professional business should be. I've worked with them twice at my residential property since 2018. Chuck is friendly, professional, on time and really cares about the work that is provided. He is passionate and intelligent, and knows the ins and outs of the services he provides. Chuck and his assistant both wore a mask while working inside my property without needing to ask them, which shows they are very respectful with their clients and I appreciated that very much. With a very competitive rate and the ability to squeeze me in for an emergency cleaning after a "mouse in the vent" problem on short notice, I am extremely happy once again to be a client of Fresh Air Systems and I continuously recommend them to all my family and friends. The services they provided were top notch, and to top it all off? He is honest. He told me that I likely did not need cleaning services for another 2-3 years because of the specific set up of my property and the usage of it, even though that would mean he would make less money. (This is a personal recommendation only for my property, always check with them to see what your personal recommendation would be) You just don't find honest, hardworking people like that very often and when you do, make sure you retain their services because you absolutely will not regret it. I had my air ducts cleaned and sanitized by Fresh Air Systems. They did an extremely thorough and outstanding job. They even cleaned the dryer vent and hand washed my registers. Afterwards, they sanitized the air ducts. I could instantly smell the difference after turning my AC on. The smell of cleanliness!! They take pride in their work. Thank you FRESH AIR SYSTEMS!
We have an OLD house (1942) with a system that had never been cleaned. The furnace is 36 years old. Everything you read about this company and these people is true. They are outstanding. Rarely do companies go above and beyond anymore. I am more than happy with their service, price, and quality of work! Trust me when I say I am picky and check and double check everyone's work as I have been burned so many times (ring a bell?) I would recommend this company 100%. Honestly, they are amazing!
We've had our ducts cleaned before but not nearly as thorough or professional as Fresh Air Systems. They arrived on time, explained what they were going to do, and went about their business professionally and took care to keep everything as clean as possible. Ran into a couple of small issues which they resolved with no complaint and again explained everything. Highly recommended.

I got a new washer/dryer, and that's when I realized the dryer duct was severely clogged. Called these wonderful people and there were at my house the next day. They did a great job and my new appliances are working flawlessly now.
Such a great company to work with! Our home is 90 years old and has an oil burning furnace. I called several local companies who offered duct cleaning, and was either told they would not work on our system at all, or was given estimates of up to $900. Fresh Air Systems was courteous, professional, and very up front. They explained the process completely, gave me an estimate that was hundreds less than anyone else, and followed up with every communication promptly. On the day service was scheduled, they showed up on time to the minute. They were courteous, respectful, and even patient with my four little dogs. They completed a BIG job thoroughly & with attention to detail. The invoice was the exact price I was quoted despite the job taking longer than most. I would highly recommend them!
They were on time, they did the work well, and when Mary found things under my couch she brought them to my attention! They asked questions, they listened to my responses and then gave good, solid advice. I trust them.
Absolutely superb service, top to bottom. Chuck and MJ do an excellent job cleaning all the air ducts, dryer vents and furnaces. They are exceedingly careful not to damage any belongings in the areas where they are working and wash the vent covers. They will treat you fairly in their estimates and will not quit until you are satisfied with their work. They went the extra mile with us and cleaned out the dryer vent on our roof and behind our washer / dryer - amazing. Completely professional, warm, thorough and explain everything. Very highly recommended and all work guaranteed.
