I got a 20% offer from NTTA for air duct cleaning and to be honest, I haven't ever gotten it cleaned. I've been in my house 13 years. I figured this was good time as any. I put in an online request for a quote. The owner Stephen called me within the next hour and we scheduled an appointment. I was surprised at how early they could schedule me in especially around the busy holiday season. Just in time, too! It'll be 10 degrees tonight in Dallas. The tech, Michael was on time for the appointment and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took him about 45mins to an hour. It was pretty quick and he was educating me along the way. Overall, had an excellent experience and with true professionals.

I was having some issues with our HVAC / A/C making noises and sounded like it was working hard to function. Called Fresh Air Matters and they came to check it out immediately the next day. We just bought this house but the HVAC is as old as the house, had some mold and needed to be cleaned. They treated it first and will be coming back to clean it out next month. I would recommend these guys in a heart beat. Professional and very quick to respond. Even with just the treatment I can already tell it's working better. Thanks guys!
